The property is a separate unit at the back of the property, with the host residing in the front house. Access is from the side, with a gate and entrance exclusively for guests, ensuring privacy during their stay. The accommodation is compact (approx. 45m²) and can accommodate up to 4 people, making it a functional option for family trips, business or a stopover in the city.

The neighborhood is calm and quiet. 500 meters from the city center, 400 meters from the Muffato supermarket (with ATMs, pharmacy and exchange house) the bus terminal is 1 block from the market from where transportation leaves for the airport, Argentina, Paraguay, bus station and tourist attractions. The room contains a split air-conditioner and can accommodate a maximum of 5 people. It has an outdoor area with a barbecue, refrigerator, sink and private bathroom.
