L'appartamento è situato al secondo piano di una palazzina storica di Piazza Mazzini, sul bellissimo Lungomare di Livorno. Si trova 5 min a piedi dal porto ed agli imbarchi, ed a 10 min dal quartiere Venezia, i suoi canali ed il mercato centrale. Sono presenti numerosi negozi,supermercato e ristoranti a buon prezzo nei dintorni dell'abitazione. La fermata del bus è sul lato opposto della piazza: da lì è possibile raggiungere la stazione e le più belle mete turistiche di mare e di collina.

The interiors blends wooden beams, steel and glass with a swinging hammock, designer lamps, a turntable and an extensive library of art and illustration books. The bedroom is accessed via an internal staircase, while the apartment is located in the attic (3rd floor) of a historic building: the staircase is a bit steep, so unfortunately it may not be comfortable for everyone.

Inoltre a pochi minuti troverete il quartiere "Venezia" dove potete godere dei ristoranti tipici e gustare tutte le specialità della cucina toscana. Stessa cosa per la famosa Terrazza Mascagni che è poco distante. L'alloggio è situato al 4° piano senza ascensore. Ambiente molto luminoso, climatizzatori, lavatrice, WI-FI, televisione + console.
