It takes only 10 minutes by car to reach the historic centre of Venice, and the bus station is only a 4-minute walk away.The surroundings of the apartment are fully equipped: bars, supermarkets, tobacco shops, red wineries, pharmacies, etc.If taking the airport bus, get off at via corso del popolo station and walk 4 minutes to our apartment. Our bathroom provides shampoo, shower gel and hand sanitiser. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking facilities. The property is approximately 80 square metres and has two air conditioners. There is heating in winter. Guests have reported that the accommodation experience is very comfortable!

A recently renovated apartment on the first floor of the Ciclamino apartment building at number 56. Small, fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom with a double bed and one with two single beds. Spacious and comfortable living room, with a 3-seater sofa and an additional armchair. Small bathroom, also equipped with a bidet. Both towels and bed linen are provided. There is a washing machine in the kitchen area that is free to use. Free Wi-Fi with password and a smart TV with access to Netflix are provided.

The apartment is inside the church called "Chiesa di SAN GIOVANNI ELEMOSINARIO" one of the oldest churches in the Rialto area built in the 11th century, the only church saved from a fire that broke out in the 15th century and by 1700 it had become the priest’s house. The apartment is completely renovated and is a 2 minute walk from Rialto Bridge. It has 2 bedrooms, big living room with fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a shower with chrome therapy. Air Conditioning, wifi and heating.
