Great amenities in town including tennis, sailing, outdoor yoga, sunbathing, plus nice restaurants. Pedestrian and dog friendly town; you don't even need a car while here.

Comfortable and modern, this one-bedroom apartment is a short walk to Del Vino Vineyard and hiking trails. Northport Harbor, Engeman Theater, golf and town beaches are a short drive away. The light-filled open-plan living room and kitchen is well-stocked with all the necessities and the bedroom offers ample storage for longer stays (rollaway twin bed available upon request). The outdoor patio offers a large table for al fresco dining and a stone fire pit in the shared yard for chilly nights.

The Cottage is a lovely space enclosed in hedges for privacy on a one acre property. I do have 3 dogs, they are kept in a separate gated area on the property. The cottage is located 3 miles from downtown Patchogue which is enjoying a renaissance. There are many restaurants and cultural activities as well as ferry access to Fire Island (Davis Park) in the warmer weather. We are also the "Gateway" to The Hamptons.
