Luxury Newer Home with Fire Pit and Trampoline

StephRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We had a quick overnight stay driving to Florida from Iowa with our 2 dogs. Kaylas place was perfect with the huge fenced in yard. The house was clean, comfortable and in a great location in a nice neighborhood, tucked deep into a neighborhood so nowhere near any busy streets, very quiet. About 10 mins from Publix. Mall and many restaurants maybe 10-15 minutes away. Would definitely stay again!

Luxury home, sleeps 10

TeriRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Very happy with our stay! We are buying a house in the area and wanted to be close by. Fort Campbell was only a quick 20 minute drive, downtown was a quick 15, and the mall was about 10. It’s nice because the place in a quiet area with quick access to so much. We even did a Nashville trip that was around 45 minutes. My kids loved that there was a smart tv in each room and my mom loved that there was a keurig. We didn’t make any meals but could have if we wanted to. Would definitely recommend a stay here.

Kevins home is in a nice and quiet neighborhood. Very spacious, clean and the kitchen had everything you need if you want to cook. Our dog loved the big fenced in back yard. Kevin was quick to reapond to the few questions I had. He was a wonderful host. We will definitely stay here again when in the area. I highly reccomend!

⭐️The Maya II on Lake Malone⭐️

We come up to Lake Malone twice a year, we loved Stephanie’s cozy lake house spot. Had everything we needed at the house for our stay and loved the covered patio. Everything was clean, accessible and the cabin was nice and cozy.

Stone Perch Getaway NW Nashville

NicoletteRating, 5 stars1 month ago
This place was beyond gorgeous and perfect. The house felt woodsy/cabin-y with a modern twist. It was very big, absolutely no clutter and had everything you need. The second bedroom being downstairs, gave us privacy from our teenage kids when we needed it. The woods are literally a few steps away from the house, so we woke up, had our morning coffee and breakfast to the beautiful sound and view of nature. There are hiking trails a minute’s drive from the house and a grocery that pretty much covers all of your needs is 8 minutes away. (It felt so much less as the drive was scenic). Downtown Nashville was 25 minutes away so you get the best of both worlds, the beautiful mountains/nature and city life a short drive away. It was extremely easy to get in, we had no need to ask for additional instructions or guidance. I confirmed with Mary that we were there and when we left, she responded almost immediately and was very sweet in our brief encounters. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Spacious 6 bedroom waterfront lake house

ChrisRating, 5 stars7 months ago
We really enjoyed our stay once again. My family returned for a second visit to Wendy's listing almost a year later to the day. This time the weather was impacted by a tropical storm "Francine" and the local event we had hoped for was cancelled. Wendy and Steve were so kind as to keep the pontoon rental we hoped for available for us if the weather turned and we were able to get a day in on the lake. Even experiencing a power outage our hosts reached out to us checking in on us and ensuring we were alright and if we needed anything, As they say, "you can always pick your dates, but you can never pick your weather". That said, our family still enjoyed our time once again. All possible by a great location the property has on the lake, big space allowed us to feel really comfortable when kept inside and our gracious, kind and thoughtful hosts.

Historic Cottage Downtown near the Cumberland

SusanRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We felt right at home. It’s a nice quiet neighborhood yet so close to downtown. The home is cute and cozy yet comfortably spacious, with big closets and plenty of room. We had a nice little gathering of family over to visit and everyone loved the place. The upstairs suite is like something out of a magazine . The mattresses, bedding and towels were very nice, like a luxury hotel. The kitchen was well appointed, we even had a beautiful pink Kitchen Aid mixer, but we really loved the coffee maker. We will definitely re book next time we come to Clarksville. It’s a perfect house for our family.
