We had a wonderful time! The house is very cosy with a beautiful view of the water. Tasman was very responsive and provided detailed instructions including local eatery and walking tracks recommendations.

Liz and Larry are exceptional hosts. On arrival after settling in Liz and Larry introduced themselves and showed me where the kayaks were, supplied extra life jackets and gave me a general run down. I found them to be down to earth and friendly, whilst also professional and very respectful of privacy. The cabin is to the rear ( street side) with a little side access to the creek. Impeccably clean, comfortable beds, everything you could need and thought has gone into what you will need /want for your stay. The kayaks are great and handy by the creek, plenty of outdoor seating, if I needed anything very responsive. Kitchen is great with everything well stocked to cook and clean. It rained for much of our stay, but that didn’t stop us enjoying the creek, beach, riding around, and enjoying the walks and waterfalls that the rain provided. Check in and check out is a breeze, I can’t wait to get back to my favourite place ever ( Patonga ) and Patonga cabin has the right price, and hosts.

My partner and I, and our 3 kids (between 5 and 8) had a great time! The house has a hot-water outdoor shower to get properly clean after a day at the beach. You can watch the beautiful sunrise across the ocean from the large living room windows. The kitchen has PLENTY of cooking utensils and crockery. TV has all the apps. The ping pong table downstairs was also worth it. It's useful to know that three of the 4 bedrooms are downstairs, and one queen bedroom is upstairs where the rest of the action is. The front balcony is nice and spacious, and the deck out to the back is HUGE! The location is extremely quiet, you can hear the waves on the beach. It takes about 3-5 minutes walk to get to the beach, it's very, very close.

So relaxing! Close to the beach, the restaurants, the shops. Quiet, comfortable bed, great balcony space. Ralph was a bonus to welcome us! Carly and Jerry were great communicators and the flexible Sunday check out was much appreciated.

We had an amazing stay as a group of friends at this wonderful Airbnb! The location couldn’t be better—having the beach just across the street made our trip truly special. Our host was exceptionally helpful, always available to assist with anything we needed, and provided great local recommendations. The place itself was comfortable, clean, and perfect for a group getaway. The only minor watchpoint is the 1.5 bathroom setup, but we made it work without any issues. We absolutely loved our time here and would love to come back!

Perfect location combining some nice views of the ocean and walkable beach distance, comfortable facilities, fun pool, very clean. Maybe the only small letdown is that for the money paid, the place is fairly unsophisticated - aware I might sound a bit snobby but except for the bathrooms the place could be a bit more upmarket in terms of quality fittings, furniture and especially the mouldy spots throughout on the ceiling. Having said that, we had an awesome stay, enjoyed every second of the location and it was all perfectly organised - hence 5 stars overall but I think when it comes to value for money it's more 4 stars.

Our party of 5 including grandparents and 2 yr old son had a lovely stay at Michelle's. we stayed for 4 nights and spent the mornings at the beach which is just around the corner and lazy afternoons in the pool. The garden and house are well maintained and very cosy for a family trip away. I'd recommend stocking up on food as there are currently no shops/cafes at Pearl beach, but it was handy having a coffee cart turn up next door in the mornings. Even though there is construction building next door, my 2 year old son loved watching the machines and was disappointed when they weren't working on the weekend！Thanks again for sharing your home with us Michelle, we will be back！

This was a really great place to stay and I wouldn’t hesitate to book there again. It was spotlessly clean, well appointed and centrally located….highly recommend!

Adrian’s place was so homely and comfortable. The beds were so soft and we didn’t want to leave that lounge! We had just the right amount of space for 4 adults and 2 kids. Adrian was very generous and thoughtful. Even leaving ice blocks in the freezer for the kids! The pool and games room was a hit with the kids. Great for the couple of rainy days we got during our stay. This was probably the most comfortable air b n b experience we’ve had. Everything ran smoothly thanks to a great host.

Great beachhouse in amazing location to get easily to and from the flags at north avoca. Having a pool is a bonus that the kids loved. Kitchen well equiped and everything nice and clean and in good condition.

The house was beautiful and very conveniently located. The beach is just down the road and there is a small strip of cafes with a general store up the road. There was quite a bit of construction in the area which created some noise, but the area itself was lovely and made up for that. Would recommend for a group of adults or families looking for a quiet beach getaway.

One of the best views I have ever seen. House is great for a holiday get away. Well stocked with plates and bowls etc. the house has lovely amenities and close to water which is awesome for fishing and supping. Would definitely go back! Lovely trail runs in area too! It’s a lovely home!

My friends and I had a wonderful stay in an idyllic setting opposite the ocean. One of my friends had reduced mobility at this time but could still enjoy the 270 degree views of the sea from the apartment. A great place to relax and close walking distance to The Entrance shops and beaches. Luisa was very responsive and addressed all my questions, flexible with check in and check out which was simple.

I honestly can’t say enough about how phenomenal this experience was. I came off of a 20 hour flight and couldn’t wait to relax, cook dinner, and enjoy being on the water. It was the most beautiful sunset I had ever seen and one of the best night’s sleep of my life. From being picked up at the dock to the adventure of the return trip back to shore, I would recommend this incredible stay to anyone!

What a beautiful, peaceful place that had all the necessary amenities a 2 min walk from the spectacular pearl beach. It was perfect & Carla and Chloe were great hosts and were very generous to give us a late check out on Sunday. The spa is pretty special although a bit finicky if you don’t know how to use it - thankfully our hosts were very responsive in helping with this. My only note is to maybe make sure if you need more linen/towels than what they provide for the 4 doubles and one single bed (9 people). We booked the house for 11 (there is a room with fold out couches) but those 2 guests didn’t get towels or linen. Final thing is the property has close neighbours so there are a lot of rules to do with noise etc. This makes sense as I assume the hosts have been burned before and must protect their relationship with the local community but if you want somewhere you can feel free to sing your heart out around the fire pit until the wee hours go elsewhere. Sue’s AirBnB overlooking Pittwater was simply breathtaking - and, it was the ideal location & accomodation for my family & I to unite for my Milestone Birthday. The amenities & photos were accurately reflected in the AirBnB listing, Sue was very helpful and we all really enjoyed our 3 days in this lovely home. There are a couple of points to note: There was a noticeable musty smell in places, which I think was from there being a lot of wood throughout the home, and with being close to the waters edge too……and in the evenings, when we surpassed the dew point, we heard the dripping of water on the roof of the outdoor patio downstairs & that water dripping continued on into the night. Initially we thought it was raining, but it wasn’t. However, we soon got used to that & it didn’t impact our stay. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The home was well appointed, the water view was stunning & the memories that we all made together will stay with us always. Many Thanks Sue.
