Heidi's Home in the Dolomites

Apartment on the second floor of a villa located 1,500 metres above sea level, offering stunning views of the Dolomites, which have been declared a World Heritage Site. It is suitable for couples with children or for groups of up to 4 people. I offer a room, kitchen, bathroom and living room. The house is located on the road that leads to the Venezia mountain hut, where there is access to the summit of Mount Pelmo at 3,168 metres, from which, on clear days, you can see the Venice Lagoon. For those who can't climb, there is a trail that goes around the mountain.

An attic, inside a seventeenth-century barn at 1500 meters, overlooking the mountains and renovated in 2023 with antique woods and local stones. The apartment consists of a dining area with an equipped kitchen, as well as a large living room with a fireplace and a large sofa bed, a comfortable bathroom with a shower and a "refuge" with 2 additional beds. Grandma's old house in Fornesighe

Staying here means living in history. This apartment is over 300 years old. My grandmother Maria lived there. Living in the mountains is not easy. The spaces are different from those we are used to, the low ceilings, the narrow and steep stairs. The rooms are struggling to warm up. But the charm is unique. ATTENTION: from September to June it may be necessary to turn on the heater. Pellet bags are available to be loaded into the stove.
