Charming house located two minutes away from the village center. The house was built in 1922 by our ancestors who had emigrated to France years before and when coming back, they built pieces of art with multiple Art Nouveau reminiscenses. Consequently, the house offers a special atmosphere which combines the elegance of Modernism with the simplicity and warmth of a nowadays home. Our charming countryside house has recently refurbished, equipped with all the luxury amenities and tastefully decorated. The house is located in S’Arraco (right between Andratx and San Telmo) and overlooks to beautiful Tramuntana Mountains. The short drive from the road to the house is a small piece not too narrow but curvy and a bit rough, but not difficult to drive. Our pool is 5m to 10m.
