Beachfront holiday rental in Formentera

Very well-equipped small duplex for 5 people max. in an idyllic location. Exceeded expectations at the price. As many people.said there's some noise from the road, but not at night and infrequently during the day. Minor repairs are required on the outside patio's top surface, but honestly nothing so much that it detracts from the overall great find. Walking distance to town, nearby supermarket, and 30 se ones to the lagoon (I timed it!). Didn't meet Nico, but his friend Marie checked us in perfectly and was flexible with the checkout. Will return next time in Formentera 😉

Very nice and clean apartment, comfortable bed and nice balcony. Es Pujols is a great place to stay in with lots of nice restaurants and facilities. I would recommend staying here!

The whole reservation and communication was very easy. They also allowed us flexible check-out that was great to be able to take advantage of the last day without stress. Quiet area, right next to Cala Saona. Highly recommended

We manage the apartment by Marnaton that was held on 5/3/2025. Cristina attended us excellent, both check-in and check-out were managed in an easy way. The apartment is spotless, comfortable and with all the amenities advertised. Perfeto for a couple with one or two young children. Although the area is a little noisy, something normal for the dates we were, the dpto has good isolation when closing and turning on the air conditioning. Thank you for hosting us and I hope we can come back!

Great place, impeccable location, in the heart of downtown. Clean and comfortable rooms, as well as the bathroom and kitchen. It was really like feeling at home, and more, with the possibility of parking scooters or cars in a private garage. Friendly and helpful staff as difficult to do, so, a great experience in all respects. I highly recommend it.

We stayed 1 week in the accommodation and felt very comfortable, it is perfectly central, everything important is conveniently within walking distance. The apartment was very clean and everything necessary was available. We even got new towels twice. The apartment itself is very noisy but for the holiday it is okay. Oscar was always available and gave us tips. We were also able to store our suitcases in the apartment before the usual check-in, which was great. Thank you

The accommodation is perfect, comfortable for three people with a patio immersed in nature. Great cleanliness and change of towels every 2/3 days, as needed. Patricia is a kind host who is very helpful, present for any need, even to leave luggage or use a bathroom with shower after check-out time. I recommend the place because it allows you to reach any point of interest on the island in 5/10 minutes by car. I recommend taking a rental car because you can't find public transport or taxis.

We had an amazing 2-night stay at Lourdes’ flat in Formentera! The location was perfect—peaceful, yet just a short drive to beaches, restaurants, and shops. The flat itself was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. One of the highlights was the private garden—an ideal spot to enjoy breakfast or unwind in the evening. The atmosphere was calm and inviting, making it feel like a true island escape. Highly recommended, and we’d definitely love to come back!

The house is beautiful and the location is the same! The garden is wonderful and very spacious... there is a terrace both on the ground floor and on the roof that make the atmosphere really beautiful. The spaces are spacious accordingly if during the day you do not want to go to lunch / dinner outside it is a pleasure to stay at home. The hosts are very helpful and thoughtful. We'll definitely be back!

The apartment met expectations , we were at home. We have ample parking space within the same building. Check-out was also done in person. We will definitely repeat. ☺️

Spacious apartment, very well to reach and with a wonderful terrace overlooking the port of La Savina. The area is very central and convenient to shops, markets and restaurants, all within walking distance. The apartment exactly matches the description. We were six people and we had a great time, also because there are spaces and closets for everyone in the place. The host is accurate and very helpful and gave us all the information we needed. We definitely recommend a vacation on the wonderful island of Formentera staying in this place.
