We had a lovely long weekend with our 2 grandchildren. Lots of family friendly activities close to hand. A good selection of evening venues to enjoy too.

This property is in such a beautiful village, that we never wanted to leave! The space is bright and airy, w/everything needed to be comfy. There’s a binder w/everything you need to know, plus info about the 2 local pubs & dining options, etc. (Thurs. night at the Catherine Wheel is a MUST!). You won’t find anything remotely touristy in the village, which is why we loved it so, but it’s perfectly situated for easy drives to Bath, the Cotswolds, Diddly Squat Farm & The Farmer’s Dog (for Top Gear/Jeremy Clarkson fans), and so much more! Check out Soho Farmhouse in Chipping Norton for a truly fantastic outing! The Goat Shed has a double gate behind which you and your vehicle are safe and secure (although there’s no need for concern of that in Marshfield!). A grass lawn awaits your pet or children to play in, with zero risk of danger or escape. These 2 ladies from Canada and the U.S highly recommend a stay here (just bring a face cloth, as that was the only thing missing)!

Ideal central location for visiting Cheltenham. Bonus of off road parking. Well appointed apartment, great facilities, nice welcome pack and most helpful host.

Rebecca’s place was one of my best AirB&B experiences ever! The apartment (flat) was in a perfect location near everything. It was spacious, comfortable, tastefully decorated, well-appointed, and with lovely views. Rebecca (Bex) was extremely friendly and took a great interest in our comfort and well-being. One of the best airbnbs I have stayed so far. Chonette has been so lovely, kind, easy to communicate with. She met us at the train station, walked us to the house, then dropped us to the train back. The house felt just right at home. I cooked during my stay and there are plenty ingredients at the cupboard can be used. Chonnete also took my little boy to do some gardening and picked a flowers for us. I would definitely come back if I am in this area again. Thank you very much!!!

The property was lovely and in good walking distance to the centre of Bath. It had everything we needed for a couple of days where we were out the whole day exploring the city. There can be a bit of noise from upstairs so be aware if you’re a light sleeper. We would recommend the apartment for anyone looking for a nice weekend trip.

What a fun period style home on two levels! You feel like you’ve stepped back in time. A large apartment within easy walking access to town. The kitchen boasts a table that seats 10 and is bright and airy. A washer and dryer near the downstairs two bedrooms is a huge plus. The bathroom and toilet is downstairs. The shower curtain in the deep tub was our only challenge as it wants to stick to you. The Paragon was once part of the elite sections of town. And it is complete with a garden for casual sitting. The views out the back kitchen/sitting room windows overlooks the beautiful hills and Georgian buildings. Such a perfectly preserved town of beautiful Bath limestone with a golden patina. Walk anywhere in town in ten minutes with few steep slopes. I found i loved sitting, reading and enjoying a cake and coffee in Waterstone’s Bookstore in the afternoon at their upstairs cafe. If you are coming to Bath do read Douglas Westcott’s Go Swift And Far.

We were blown away by the interior. Small but perfectly formed. Very conveniently situated. Both of us are over 80 and no issues getting around Bath. We had a wonderful stay.

Perfect location for those exploring Barry Island. Host were friendly and attentive. Nothing was too much trouble. Communication was fantastic. Room was exactly what we needed. Clean and tidy. Bed and bedding was comfortable. Garden was lovely for a coffee if a morning. We especially liked the free and included doggy cuddles. ❤️ The only downside was having to leave. Our stay here was wonderful! Alison gave perfect instructions on how to get there and greeted us when we arrived, which was a lovely personal touch. The place was clean and tidy with all the amenities required, and the most beautiful lake view. The location was perfect for walking into Bourton-on-the-Water and for driving to other areas within the Cotswolds. Would highly recommend!

Me and my partner stayed here for the night and it was a really lovely, cozy and spacious Airbnb! Richard had provided everything we needed and more! As well as this, it was extremely clean and well decorated. Richard communicated really well, check in and check out was super easy. I would definitely recommend if you’re looking to stay in this area.

We had a great couple nights at Sarah and Mark's place, a peaceful quiet street with no through traffic street, just 50 yards away from restaurants. A self contained bright and airy basement below their house Our first ever visit to Bristol, and it won't be our last. The house is within walking distance of the Clifton Suspension Bridge, the observatory and the city centre 5 minutes walk from Clifton Down station, which has 4 trains an hour to Bristol Temple Mead the main intercity train line The hosts were friendly and helpful both prior to our arrival and during our stay. We were very happy with the accommodation

Great apartment, fully equipped kitchen and well located as a base to visit Bristol.

Our short stay at Jon & Laura's was perfect. We loved the patio with comfortable garden furniture, for tea outside on arrival and for a leisurely breakfast. The pristine bathroom was a joy to use. Jon's information on the local area was well-received... we enjoyed our evening 50 minute walk to a pub for food & drink and our morning visit to The Gloucester Quays. (We also won our Tennis match!)

Sandip's property is fantastic. This is the second time we have visited and felt comfortable, welcome and right at home. Honestly, one of the best properties on airbnb we have stayed in, perfect balance of professionalism and friendliness.

Both myself and my partner had a lovely stay we couldn't of picked a better place to stay, the accommodation was spotless, the hot tub was lovely and the overall stay was perfect. One of the best places my wife and I have ever stayed on Airbnb. What a find! Immaculate, high quality fixtures and fittings - those staying are in for a fun surprise when using lavatory and bed lol :) The hot tub was the perfect temperature for relaxing (easy instructions). Location wise within easy walking distance of some nice places to eat plus the nearby train station - Bristol is then only 10mins away by rail and an interesting/picturesque place to explore (be aware the ticket purchasing machine at Heynsham isn't obvious but is on the other side of the platform). Once in Bristol, would recommend using Uber to nip up to Clifton (beautiful architecture inc. Suspension Bridge plus more fab places to eat). Our long weekend ended with an easy drive up to and walk around the lovely Westonburt Orboretum. Julie thanks for an amazing stay, the little touches that make all the difference and all your recommendations. We shall be back!

two words absolutely stunning. beautiful home and location, so peaceful, the home had everything we needed for our stay. we would definatly recommend to anyone that's wants to get away. Hosts Mandy and Simon were very accommodating, the only negative we had was that we had to leave, the cows to look at over the field were a lovely addition. Our stay was everything we hoped for and worth every penny. Thankyou so much for having us. ❤️

My husband and I came here on a family getaway with my elderly parents. Extra instructions on how to find the property made it easy to get to. The property is in a quiet area and reasonably secluded with stunning views over the hills where deer and rabbits run wild. Although described as a flat it is more like a house type home ( there was someone in the upstairs flat but we hardly heard them and they were very quiet ). Every morning we were lucky enough to sit outside in the garden with the sun shining to drink our tea & coffee. The kitchen is fully equipped and we had a lovely BBQ too on our last evening. The flat is beautifully decorated with lots quirky touches, comfortable beds and comfy sofa to chill out on. The hot tub was ready when we arrived and was much appreciated every night after long days out touring the Cotswolds. ( We can also recommend The plough at Fork for friendly service and great food ) ! We had a fab time and we were sorry to leave .

Spent two nights at Camp Hillcrest, ideal stopping point for the Offas Dyke Path... accommodation was just what we wanted after long walking days.
