I came back for another 3-day stay at Paul’s place, and once again, everything was perfect! The room was clean and comfortable, the bathroom and kitchen spotless, and the location is still just as convenient, quiet area with a bus stop right outside and walking distance to the city center. Paul continues to be a fantastic host—very welcoming and always available if you need anything. His lovely dog Lily 🐶 was there to greet me every day with her sweet, friendly energy. The value for the price is unbeatable in Nottingham. I’m really happy I chose to return and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, peaceful, and well-located stay.

A great place to stay, very close to bus stop and the university. The common space is very clean and has a lot of things to do like pool table, arcade, piano, gym, and sauna. The room is comfy and has a TV that you could lay in bed and watch. Felt more like a hotel than a student accommodation :)

I stayed at Claire’s place for one night to be close to a photoshoot location. Communication was quick and clear, and everything was easy to arrange. The space was clean, quiet, and well presented, with a super comfortable bed and a great shower. No issues at all — would definitely recommend!

Roomzzz was the absolute PERFECT weekend getaway stay! The 24/7 reception took away like 90% of travel day stress that I never knew I had! It was easy, my room was perfect upon arrival, and had everything I needed and more for the weekend! I LOVED the coffee machine that was in the reception area - the lattes are actually really great and the croissants were a nice touch in the early mornings! The ONLY* thing I will note and it's just for sensitive sleepers or people who are DESPERATE for a good sleep, was the noise level one of the nights as there is a club or music venue right beside/ near where my room was. However, once the windows were closed it helped and the second night it wasn't going on! Overall it's a great stay for the price and walkable to the city!!!!
