Following in the footsteps of the first, the second Suite de LA NUIT D'AMÉLIE was born... a totally private Home Suite of 120 sqm with: Living area: composed of a complete open-plan kitchen with a 65-inch LED TV lounge, bioethanol fireplace, air conditioning and a bathroom. Sleeping area: double bed, 90-inch TV, air conditioning, master bathroom with open shower and balcony. Wellness area with Finnish sauna and Jacuzzi and a breathtaking view of the Pontine plain.

App. Vigne Piane with balcony & private terrace

We offer two apartments on the the ground floor of our home. Appartamento Vigne Piane has a large bedroom with a private balcony and an en-suite bathroom. There is also a living room (with sofa bed) and an extra bathroom. This spacious apartment has two private entrances and a well-equipped kitchen. Vigne Piane is ideal for couples, families, and friends traveling together. Our pool invites to leisure and the thick walls of our typical Italian home sustain a pleasant indoor climate year-round.

The house among olive trees

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

Villa Attilio: relaxation and nature!

Beautiful independent villa on land of about one hectare, with olive groves, centuries-old oak and enchanting views of the green of the Roveto Valley. Ideal place to relax surrounded by nature, for long walks and cycling, horseback riding, visits to the hermitages. A few kilometers away: Sora, the enchanting waterfall of Isola del Liri, Lake Posta Fibreno, Zompo il Schioppo nature reserve, Sponga Park, the castle of Balsorano, the tunnels of Claudio and Alba Fucens.

Living Sperlonga

Living Sperlonga e' una bellissima casa con accesso diretto al mare, situata su una delle piu' belle spiaggie di Sperlonga. Siamo in via salette dove un accesso privato con un viale di circa 70 metri porta alla casa sul mare. La casa e' di 90 mq con ampio spazio esterno e giardino ed e' composta da: ampio salone, cucina, tre camere da letto e due bagni di cui uno esterno. Ci sono in dotazione anche lettini ed ombrelloni per godersi in pieno il mare di Sperlonga.
