The farmhouse is located 10 minutes from Nemi with its Lake, 15 minutes from Albano and Castel Gandolfo, only 30 minutes from the sea.

The villa is just 3 km from the center of Genzano di Roma, a town belonging to the Castelli Romani or Colli Albani. There are 2 connecting stations, the first is located in Cecchina, which is about 2.5 km away; the other is located in Campoleone, from which the train leaves for Rome every hour and arrives in just 20 minutes. The 2 lakes make the Castles truly fascinating, the first smaller one is located between Genzano and Nemi. The final cleaning fee is 100 euros to be paid on-site in cash.
