Very beautiful apartment with a great view

I took my teenage girls here for our summer vacation. The location was perfect. The condo and pool was exactly as pictured. The beach is walking distance. My girls lived there lights (in their words “it was an entire vibe”). Joe and Cindy were super responsive to the questions I had. I highly recommend!!

We loved staying at this property, we decided to extend our stay and Chris was able to accommodate my family and I. The whole process was smooth. The room more than what we expected in terms of the modern finishes and the amplitude of the room was exactly what we needed.

Great place to stay, fully renovated and very close to the beach. I really enjoyed the stay, it was comfortable and exactly what I needed.

I had a fantastic stay at this wonderful home just steps from the beach. The location couldn’t be better—waking up and walking to the ocean in minutes was a dream. The home itself was cozy, well-maintained, and had everything I needed for a relaxing getaway.

Rafael was thoughtful and communicative. We were pleased with his responsiveness and understanding of our needs. We had several questions for Rafael and he was very informative. The place was exactly as described. It was impeccably clean, inviting, and private. The bathroom was clean and shower was comfortable for tall people. There is ample storage space . There is an enclosed patio with stones and chairs. Should the need arise, we would definitely stay there again!

Great beachfront property! Will definitely stay again! Right in front of beach and amazing views! My family and I had a wonderful time! Ground floor pool was heated not sure about second pool.

We absolutely loved our stay! Everything was perfect! Check in was so simple. The unit is exactly as described. We loved that there were two bunk beds so our teens could have their own beds and own bathroom. The unit had two balconies which was so nice. Excellent location to the beach, pools and restaurants. The staff at the beach and pool were so accommodating. Everyone is already talking about going back. The owner kept in communication with us just making sure we were all set. While everything was perfect, I appreciate them checking on us. 5 stars all around !! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

I would recommend this place to anyone, the description matches the reality. My only feedback would be that communication can be challenging if not during Italian day time zone.

Thank you very much for hosting us. We had one of the best vacations ever. Everything from the service to the location was top notch. The unit was as advertised and Aljosha couldn’t be nicer. When I return, I hope to stay in the same unit. Highly recommend!

Overall, it was really a great experience. I'll break it down in 3 parts, hoping to give an accurate description: The apartment and building: it was exactly as advertised, a beautiful Art Deco building, built in the 40's. Restaurant in the front plus an ice cream parlor. Needs an easier-to-find ramp (lots of stairs at the entrance, ramp is at the back), but otherwise good. Apartment is exactly as advertised. Only hiccup was a broken toilet seat that Debbie got fixed within a day. The location: Miami Beach is not for everyone. If you're looking for an upscale location, try Brickel. Now, if you're like me and want to just want to the beach, roam around restaurants and great bars, that's it. Miami Beach is THE place for night activity, and all that it comes wiht that. The hostess (Debbie): Debbie was responsive. She would take her time to respond but she did always respond and fixed the toilet seat issue as fast as possible. The app says her response time avgs 11 hs, and not wrongly.

Omar was very helpful. Always responsive. I would stay again!

From the moment we checked in it was a great experience. The building was clean and felt secure with consistent security on premise and added security with wristband access to go to correct floor. The beach service was great as well. All of the employees were fantastic. The unit was spotless and the views were breath taking. I would stay again in this unit again in a heartbeat.

Patricia’s place had everything you would need for a great beach stay. She messaged us to let us know the room would be ready early. The view was incredible and the bed was very comfy.

The place was beautiful, clean and comfortable. Everything and more was there for us. We literally didn’t have to think about a thing. They even had a full fridge of refreshments and snacks set out for us. They responded to my messages in seconds and were beyond accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.

Nav and his team were great. The place was great - a high end weekend getaway. No complaints and highly recommend if you’re looking for a place to stay! The building was very luxe. Bed was comfy and clean. My wife was very happy and felt she was treated well for her 30th birthday!!

Not enough words to express how Wonderful my stay was at Cloud9 Condo!!! George & Aurelio were the perfect hosts!!! Communication was always on point from booking our stay to the Communication after we left! Friendly, Quick and responsive communication at that. The condo manual made it easy to figure out how to work EVERYTHING! I chose to stay at George and Aurelio condo with my family to celebrate and decompress from my recent retirement. And, My stay was perfect!!! Even on the days when it rained all day! The view from the condo was impeccable, Breathtaking!!! So, was this Pent House Condo for that matter.. Chefs Kiss! We didn't want to leave. The condo is equipped with everything thing you could possibly need for the perfect stay! The Rooftop pool, restaurant/bar area & View was a Whole Entire Vibe...OMG!!! George & Aurelio Your The Best!!! I will book again and, I will refer you to others!!! I Am Grateful More Than You Know♡☆☆☆☆☆♡!!!

A family of 6 using the space for 2 days before embarking on a cruise out of Miami. The condo was in excellent condition. It is on the 41st floor with an amazing view. Used the kitchen to make a few meals, well stocked with hardware. Workout facilities were fantastic with weights/bike/treadmill. Walmart walking distance for groceries or drinks. The beach is fantastic and right there. We went to the beautiful downtown Hollywood nearby (driving distance) with an amazing selection of restaurants. Just be aware of the parking and resort fees, and you will not be surprised by them. I think they were worth the experience. The front desk was nice and watched our things for a few hours. Would stay again.

We stayed with Anna for a bachelorette trip and she was extremely accommodating and helpful! We loved the airbnb and we would absolutely stay here again!

My family and I really enjoyed staying here, the views from the room are incredible. The pool and all the amenities were great, and my kids really enjoyed themselves. I would recommend staying here and we will be back.

The place is very clean, location is super convenient and walking distance from everything on South Beach. Communication was amazing, and even the directions on how to get in/where to park.. everything was just EASY. Absolutely loved it and will be booking again!
