House holiday rentals in Fondón

We spent a great week with our family in Philippe's house. The house is nestled in the beautiful nature with a view of the reservoir and the mountains of the Sierra Nevada, which are still snow-covered in our time. You live there in harmony with nature and can discover a lot. Our kids really enjoyed the garden and especially the pool. From there, we took many beautiful excursions to Granada (Alhambra) and also up into the mountains and felt very comfortable.

The accommodation fully met the expectations. All was well. We asked to heat the pool and that was fine. The location is beautiful but a car is necessary to make the trips. Helpful addresses for nice restaurants or places to visit nearby would be nice. These were not shared automatically. We had a great time there in advance!

I ADORED my stay at Casa Azul -- now one of my favorite spots in the world, no exaggeration. I stayed in this paradise for 28 days and had some of the happiest memories here: journaling and eating breakfast on the patio, floating around the pool, grilling feasts on the barbecue, sleeping soundly at night and being greeted by the sweet property cats. Luna is an incredible host and will take great care of you! Everything about this experience was smooth, and her local recommendations led us to some of our favorite beaches and hikes of the trip. I can't recommend this place enough! Casa Azul has my heart forever, and I'll be back someday <3

We enjoyed the beautiful large house with two balconies. Especially the upper balcony had great views! Bayarque is a beautiful small village surrounded by magnificent nature. We especially liked the walk to Cueva de Paloma! Among other things, we went to the desert of Tabernas and to the sea. You can get anywhere. The workspace to work remotely is super nice and all worked fine. And most importantly, the host is really the best! We had problems with our car and he was so nice and really helped us super well. Ivan, you get 10 stars from us!

Nico's house is ideal for spending a few quiet days. In the village you can breathe peace, there is no noise and that allows you to disconnect. The best thing about the house is its wonderful pool and the terrace. We had the advantage of not having to share with the other houses. All rooms have air conditioning, which is necessary for the summer. A luxury!

We had a great time at Nick's! The accommodation is in a beautiful setting surrounded by nature and beautiful walks easily accessible. Location is a good option to visit Grenada if you are motorized. The place is tastefully decorated and very warm! We quickly felt at ease there. Nick was easy to reach, helpful and very concerned that our stay went smoothly! We highly recommend this listing!

The house is in a wooded setting, extremely quiet. Everything was very clean and convenient. The pool is beautiful. Esther welcomed us and was available throughout the stay, she speaks English very well. The accommodation is large and suitable for 4 people. Everything was perfect, thank you so much!

Surroundings beautiful, accommodation amazing , had everything we needed, although isolated our host gave such good instruction we found with ease, it was a beautiful experience fir the two of us, and would go back in a heartbeat. Very good stay, very clean, comfortable, close to many places of great interest. You can sleep very well because it is a quiet street. The landlady was always on top of everything, responding to messages quickly. A fantastic accommodation to enjoy as a couple. We would definitely repeat.

A fantastic private house. Very close to the centre of town and the Alhambra. A lovely living !dining room and kitchen on the ground floor. Three comfortable bedrooms and two shower room on the first floor. The top floor has a lovely terrace overlooking the Alhambra, with a table and four chairs plus a large outdoor sofa. Best of all is the lovey view of the Alhambra from the terrace. breathtaking!

Magical! A very nice cottage in a beautiful place. Lovely terrace with an amazing view. The starry sky and the light of the lighthouse made for an extra beautiful experience.

There were two of us and it was very nice. In the kitchen there was everything you need and the whole apartment was clean and very nicely furnished. The contact was very good and Raul was always available. The neighborhood is quiet and there is everything you need nearby on foot. The beach is a pebble beach, so the water is very clear and there was very little going on. We didn't miss anything, the stay was very nice.

We had a lovely week at Casa Bonita. Overall, the house is great and it is in a great location. The terrace has a beautiful view! It is the perfect spot to explore Almería and relax. On the whole, we had a positive experience and Carmen was available for questions.

The place looks exactly like the photos. It is clean and very nicely designed. As others have said the view is spectacular. The bedroom facing the street was loud the first morning because of cars and construction. After that we stayed in the back bedroom which was much quieter.

We had an unforgettable stay at Jane's house. Jane and Philippe were wonderful hosts, who welcomed us, and recommended different restaurants, and even booked two restaurants when we arrived, including one with a Flamenco show. The village of Salobrena is so picturesque, pretty. Jane's house is tastefully decorated and has all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. the best of this rental is the rooftop terrace. we spent a lot of time there. we would highly recommend this place, and will be happy to come back.

Amazing, well equipped villa in beautiful surroundings. Such a peaceful place to unwind and relax. We were a group of 7 adults and 3 children and the place suited us to a tee! Loads of space (far more than the photos let on), stunning views, amazing ‘top deck’ with outside kitchen/pool/shower. Bedrooms were lovely and roomy, with nearly all having en suites and air-con, panoramic views. Definitely recommend this place to large groups/families, truly memorable. Ana Maria and Amin were absolutely fantastic hosts. Meeting us for check in, showing us around and very quick to respond to any questions we had. So nice, thank you!

We absolutely loved our stay at Joaquin's place. We were 4 couples with kids staying together for a week and we had plenty of space for everyone. The backyard with the swimming pool, a charcoal bbq and plancha; it was fantastic! Joaquin was a very responsive host, always there when we needed something. It was a perfect stay. Highly recommend this place. To be aware that the place is a little old, it needs to be renewed eventually but it didn't affect our overall stay. Just putting it out there so people know what to expect.

I've never had such a vacation rental! I was picked up at a meeting point because the road requires some getting used to the first time driving. I was warmly welcomed and guided through the house. Unique: from food to cotton swabs. Everything there!!!!! On the terrace a fantastic view over the mountains! Nicky and her husband are always available. Thank you very much! Very comfortable and relaxing stay in a lovely house. The views are great and so is the pool. It’s even nicer than the photos. Super clean. Off the beaten track and has hiking trails around it.

As a solo traveller who had never been to Salobreña nor the surrounding area, I took a leap of faith which thankfully paid off tenfold and have just spent an unforgettable month in this most spectacular part of Southern Spain. Amandava is a stunning home which has been lovingly restored by two people with exquisite taste. Everything was perfect, the location, the luxurious soft furnishings, the spectacular views from the terrace - all in all a beautiful Airbnb which I highly recommend. Perhaps the most perfect thing of all is the hosts - a truly special couple who could not do enough to make my stay an absolutely wonderful experience. The wealth of information provided prior to my visit, the warm welcome on arrival and the excellent communication throughout my stay made me feel most welcome and confident in the knowledge that any query would be responded to in the most kind and helpful manner. Do not hesitate to book this absolute gem of a home. I hope to return someday soon.

Marta’s house is tranquil and beautiful. It has a very comfortable feel, with a beautiful collection of paintings and objects. And, of course, the views are spectacular. We had a lovely time there, and we’d be happy to return.
