Highly recommended, If you like space, freedom, friendly hosts and privacy. This was the perfect base for us to then visit the beautiful beaches and discover the area. Less than 10/12 min from the beach and return to a detached house with great views. We stayed here in mid-June. In terms of temperature, it was just about possible at night. We Dutch might have found it too hot in August. All in all a great place that is worth more than your money. 10/10!

Danny is a great host! His friendliness made the experience even better and made me want to stay longer. The place was just what I wanted and in a very relaxed environment.

For us it was the perfect place to stay. Charming, well designed apartment with unbelievable views of Modica. The terrace was ideal to have a glass of wine in a quiet area overlooking the city. You will encounter more cats that people here, still, it only takes few minutes taking the stairs to be in the very center of the town. If we are lucky to come back, we will try to stay here again.

Biagio offers a very nice accommodation and was always available. I was allowed to spend 6 days in his house and enjoyed every single one. I liked long nights in the whirlpool or on the balcony overlooking the old town the most. The city centre was very lively and offers good restaurants. In conclusion, it can be said that a visit is worthwhile.

Anna’s place is beautiful and in pristine natural surroundings. She has designed the space thoughtfully and it’s well appointed. Her recommendations were also great. We enjoyed a relaxed vacation here and highly recommend.

We were two couples staying at the apartment in mid October. It had everything we needed and was in a great location, only 8 minutes' walk from the beach, plus close enough for a stroll into the delightful town of Marzamemi. Both bedrooms were comfortable and spacious as was the whole apartment (over two floors). The bonus of a small swimming pool was an added luxury. Communication was excellent, with Maria being around when we arrived and when we left, and Ersilia easily reachable by text or phone. They were also flexible with our arrival time as the apartment was ready in advance. I would highly recommened Isula Travel and this wonderful property.

My daughter and I spent 4 very nice days with Antonino and his family. Antonio gave us many great tips and was always very helpful. The property is very well cared for and we felt right at home. There's plenty to explore and great getaways. The place Cassibile is easily accessible and really very nice. A really grown place with nice people. There is everything you need and Sykarus and Noto are easily accessible. I highly recommend it and would come back anytime when I'm in Sicily.

We were happy to stay at Lorenzo's place. The place is really peaceful, quiet and restful. You can stroll quietly, choose the best place to settle in for an aperitif, having the pleasure of tasting the very good wine and sausage produced and offered by the owners. The house is also 15 minutes away from Comiso airport. Our only regret is that the weather didn't allow us to enjoy the beautiful pool which is a real invitation to swim! This is a very nice place that I would recommend!

If I could give this stay more than 5 stars I would - what a wonderful place - across the valley from Noto, in the most peaceful setting - the villa is fully equipped with a great stock of the essentials in the kitchen, perfect amenities in the bathroom, great outside area with the pool the perfect respite for those summer days. Cristiano gave us great recommendations for the area, and was so nice for our welcome and our farewell - we will be back.

Must stay if you get the chance. Luca was extremely friendly and responsive - he created a chat group before check-in to help us manage the process. He also had a list of recommendations, which we used to guide our first night in the area! House is peaceful and tidy - all amenities were there as indicated. We had no problem finding it (recommend adding the location earlier as there is limited 4g in the area). Highly recommend.

We stayed in Sharon and Carmelo's apartment for about a week: equipped with air conditioning and a bright bathroom with a window. Two separate bedrooms to ensure privacy and, last but not least, a beautiful flat terrace apartment where you can dine, cook with the barbecue and, if necessary, wash and hang out your clothes. The photographs do not do justice to the beauty of the apartment! Sharon also got us a parasol to use on the beautiful beaches in the area. Pachino as a centre offers little to nothing, except the strategic location to reach beaches and baroque cities in a short or very short time. Absolutely recommended

If you want to really switch off and are looking for almost untouched beaches, you will find exactly that here. We were here with two small children for four nights and had an excellent time. Everything is as described, very clean and wonderful. It is important that you have a car available. The only restaurant on the beach was not open at the end of May. Supermarkets are also reachable only by car. This is not a criticism of the accommodation at all, it just needs to be planned. We would come back.

From the moment we arrived, Guiseppe made us feel completely at home - meeting us in person and even helping with parking on a busy road was so kind and above and beyond. We truly appreciated all the thoughtful touches, from the treats left for us to the fresh fruit, it was a real taste of Sicilian hospitality! Guiseppe was always available and made everything feel easy and relaxed. The terrace was absolutely beautiful, especially at sunset, and the peaceful surroundings made it a perfect place to unwind. We also loved how close it was to the centre of Noto, just a short walk to great restaurants and the charming old town. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would wholeheartedly recommend staying here to anyone.

I had such a good time to come back twice. I'm on my third stay with this stay. And if there are other occasions, it will always be the first choice.

From the magnificent and spacious terrace, M.t k where you can have breakfast in peace or go down to the street and have breakfast at Candiano where enthusiasm and good humour prevail... The apartment is very clean and very well tidy and it is perfect for a great holiday.

The house is amazing. On 2 floors with 3 beds and 3 bathroom, new and clean. The architect and designer have done a terrific job. You also have a terrace with sunchairs, dining table and a bbq. Great location. 5-10 minutes walk from the main touristic road, overlooks a beautiful square and church, down you have two amazing cafes and one of the best restaurants in town (ristorante crocifisso). Great welcome from Silvia who provided flexibility on check-in and helped with a couple of bespoke requests. Family friendly - you can request cot and baby chair. Spaces work well for a family stay. Convenient, you can park your car just below the house, plenty of free parking underneath. The only things to note: - Steep stairs inside the house. You can close the doors if you have a baby. But if anyone has problems with mobility maybe not ideal - The church ring the bells a few times a day starting at 8am and ending at 8pm. Although the rooms are well shielded
