Superb apartment with a private terrace overlooking the sea and the historic city of Vieste. Finely furnished, spacious and bright, the flat offers a sea view from all rooms. Located on the top floor of an ancient building in the center, an area full of bars, restaurants and a beautiful beach. The house offers two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen and a large living room with access to the terrace. A stone's throw from the port to go to Tremiti Islands and the sea caves. Parking at 150 meters.

La casa si trova in una piazza vicina al centro storico, al terzo ed ultimo piano di un palazzo del '600, una volta teatro. Ci sono due terrazze: una a livello da 40mq con annessa lavanderia + un’altra di 120 mq con vista mare. In tutta la casa c'è un parquet in legno. Ci sono 2 condizionatori, 2 smart-tv, due bagni ed un bagno turco con cromoterapia. La casa, arredata con mobili antichi, è accogliente, molto luminosa e lontana da rumori. BaciodelmMare è una casa situata nel cuore nevralgico di Manfredonia, facendo pochi passi è possibile raggiungere la spiaggia di fronte al castello, corso Manfredi e i punti di maggior attrazione. Il mood è rappresentato dal connubio tra il passato e il presente. Il colore del legno e della pietra rendono l’ambiente caldo e rilassante mentre lo stile moderno dona un tocco di originalità rendendola accogliente e confortevole, varcando la soglia vi sentirete abbracciati tra benessere e relax.

Il mio alloggio è al terzo piano senza ascensore ma con scale ampie e gradini comodi. E' a meno di 50 metri dal mare. Il quartiere ha ogni tipo di confort. E' in una zona silenziosa ma non distante dalle Terme e dalla Piazza fulcro della movida locale. E' poco distante dal lungo mare, che permette di fare passeggiate tranquille. E' adatto a coppie, avventurieri solitari, chi viaggia per lavoro e famiglie. Possibilità di offrirvi culla da camping. A pagamento transfert da/a aeroporto di Bari.

L'appartamento è stato costruito nel XVIII secolo, si trova nella Città Vecchia. È in una strada tranquilla e silenziosa. A pochi passi dal mare, dalla via pedonale, dalla magica, famosa spiaggia La Ripa (gratuita). Nuotando si può vedere il Centro Storico. Bellissimo panorama in fondo alla strada.
