La Casina is surrounded by greenery. Ideal place for 2 people who love tranquility. Guests can stay in the adjacent veranda, or move to the lawn in the shade of the strawberry tree and enjoy the fabulous view. The Casina is on two floors: on the ground floor there is a kitchen and bathroom, on the upper floor a bedroom and bathroom. The two levels are connected by an external staircase. The view can also be admired from the comfort of your bed thanks to the large windows overlooking the village and the sea.

Immersed in artisanal shops, restaurants, ice cream parlors, and nightlife spots, the house is centrally located between the two most popular coastlines, Pizzomunno and the port. The charming apartment Vico Lungo 9 is located in the historic center, where you can get lost pleasantly in the alleys of Peschici. It is separated from the sea by a few dozen steps and is a short walk from all services (restaurants, bar, supermarket, pharmacy, etc.). The apartment has two floors: First floor: living room, bathroom and bedroom. Second floor: kitchen and terrace. Note: apartment not ideal for people with limited mobility. Not accessible by car.

"Le Casette del Rione" are born from the harmonious restoration of the historic environments of the typical terraced houses of the Junno di Monte Sant'Angelo district, a UNESCO site. All the houses consist of a living area, a sleeping area and a private bathroom. The houses are accessible by car and parking is located a few meters away, unlike most of the houses in Monte Sant'Angelo (ZTL). The houses are equipped with fast Wi-Fi.
