Die Wohnung ist einfach toll, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hat das gewisse spezielle Etwas zum wohlfühlen und entspannen. Ich war damit sehr zufrieden! Es fehlt an nichts und das Meer direkt vor den Füssen ist natürlich auch genial. Marcella ist sehr nett, hat immer sehr rasch geantwortet und war super hilfreich (nicht persönlich kennengelernt, check in ging problemlos).

A beautiful home with the best airbnb kitchen we've experienced. The outside space is fantastic with a wonderful garden full of stunning plants and useful herbs. We were given some fresh lemons which really took the G&Ts up a level!! Garage is perfect for a car but everywhere is walkable. FULLY recommend this property to anyone thinking of staying in Rapallo.

Sehr schön gelegene Unterkunft auf den Hügeln am Rand von Genua. Der Blick hinunter Richtung Meer ist wunderbar und der tolle Garten mit Meerblick lädt zum Verweilen ein. In der Unterkunft ist alles da, was man für einen Aufenthalt braucht, die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und auch eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner ist vorhanden. Die Unterkunft ist mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gut zu erreichen, jedoch muss man immer mindestens 30-45 Minuten mit dem Bus fahren, um Genua zu erreichen. Geschäfte sind ebenfalls ein Stück entfernt. Alles in allem empfehlen wir die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiter.

Alessandron paikka on todellinen helmi. Siisti, rauhallinen ja hyvin yksityinen asunto. Terassi on mahtava. Huomaa, että kylässä ei ole kauppoja, joten tuo ruokaa mukanasi. Auto jätetään kylän yhteiselle parkkialueelle, josta et pääse ajamaan kylään vaan kävelet perille ylämäkeen. Majoituimme täällä jo toista kertaa. Heerlijk huisje met privé buitenruimte. Host had ons voorzien met veel tips over het ov en de voorzieningen in de buurt. Bushaltes praktisch voor de deur. Kortom een ideaal verblijf waar we volop hebben genoten.

Logement impeccable propre. Proche du métro idéal pour visiter la ville. L'hôte a été extrêmement réactive et proactive lorsque nous avions besoin de son aide. Je recommande grandement de séjourner chez Katia.

Alles wie beschrieben, schön sauber, bequeme Betten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Lucio & Lorenza's flat was everything we hoped for. Really excellent location in Genoa and a nice refuge. Cozy yet spacious at the same time, and the rooftop terrace was an added plus to relax and enjoy the city. Lucio was friendly and attentive to the fact that we didnt really know Genoa, but showed us recommended places for groceries, dining, and other travel advice, like how to visit the nearby Cinque Terre or how to best get to the airport and a ridiculously early hour. All in all, a very nice experience, and we absolutely loved Genoa.

L'appartement réservé aux locations, celui-ci est très fonctionnel, il correspond bien au descriptif. Accueil sympathique par Davide, qui nous a transmis quelques bonnes adresses de restaurants. La literie est de bonne qualité, ce qui est appréciable après une journée de balades en ville pour se reposer le soir. Nous n'en avons pas profité, mais l'équipement intérieur est complet. La place de stationnement est sécurisée dans un box, celle-ci est indispensable et très appréciable. Quelques travaux en façade nous ont un peu privé de la belle vue sur la baie de Gênes, mais cela nous donnera l'occasion d'en profiter complétement lors d'un prochain séjour.

Dette oppholdet var helt fantastisk! Alma var utrolig grei med oss, og leiligheten var kjempefin. Kjøleskapet var fullt med vann og andre ting vi ble glad for. Vi fikk også ferske bakevarer når vi kom og da vi våknet😊 Vil absolutt komme tilbake hit når vi skal til Genova igjen. Takk Alma!

L’appartamento è ben attrezzato e molto ordinato, con tutto il necessario per il proprio soggiorno. Anche arrivando da stazione Genova Principe, l’appartamento è facilmente raggiungibile sia a piedi sia con i mezzi. La casa, perfetta anche per 4 adulti, è il punto di partenza ideale per visitare la città. Abbiamo trovato molto comodi sia il letto nella camera matrimoniale sia il divano letto. La zona è molto tranquilla e il palazzo è silenzioso. Molto apprezzato anche il terrazzino. La comunicazione con Benedetta è stata puntuale e costante. Consigliamo vivamente sia la struttura sia l’host! ☺️

The apartment was the perfect place for us to stay, it was comfortable, clean and had all the amenities we could have asked for. Our stay was brief however we had enought time to take in the spectacular views and we were able to watch some of the ships entering the port. Would recommend!

Valentina ist eine super Gastgeberin. Beispiel: Die Beschichtung der Pfanne war nicht mehr intakt. nach nicht einmal 1Stunde hatten wir eine neue. Obwohl wir mitten in der Altstadt waren, ist die Wohnung auf Grund der guten schallisolierten Fenster ruhig. Rinzigen 2 Mankos sind, dass man nicht in unmittelbarer nähe parken kann. aber so ist halt Alt-Stadt und es gibt viele Parkhäuser. Und dass man die Nachbarn oben hören kann, wenn sie laut sind. ich kann die Unterkunft dennoch sehr empfehlen. besonders die Lage ist der hit.

Espaço como mostrado nas fotos. Cozinha bem equipada. Tudo muito bem equipado, as camas são sofás-cama como na descrição, mas são confortáveis. Localização é perto do centro histórico, cerca de 10 min caminhando. Tem dois acessos, sendo o mais rápido acesso ao centro feito por uma escadaria.

Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt und auch die Küche war gut ausgestattet, obwohl wir lieber in den schönen Restaurants gleich um die Ecke gegessen haben. Am besten wären aber die beiden Terrassen, der Blick aufs Meer und den Badeplatz, einfach unbeschreiblich. Ein Glas Wein am Abend und den Sonnenuntergang beobachten, dabei den Schiffen nachschauen und den Tag ausklingen lassen, herrlich. Nächstes Jahr kommen wir bestimmt wieder, wie haben noch viel zu entdecken!

Great place! Gaia was the warmest and most helpful host! She was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our 1 week stay at the apartment. She shared plenty of tips and local recommendations which were appreciated. Gaia welcomed us in person and showed us around the apartment as well as the local area. We had a fantastic stay at this very special apartment in Genoa. We were three friends traveling together, and the apartment was incredibly spacious and full of character. It has a unique artistic charm – not your standard holiday flat, but something with real soul. The apartment was clean and in great condition, with the kind of patina you’d expect from a historic building – full of atmosphere, yet with everything perfectly functional. The kitchen, bathroom, and bedrooms were all well-equipped, and the terrace was an absolute highlight: stunning views over the port and a perfect spot to unwind. Communication was flawless and proactive from start to finish. The location is excellent – close to everything you might need, yet peaceful. Highly recommended for anyone who appreciates a unique place with personality. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Giuseppe et Valeria . Le logement est très agréable avec sa grande terrasse au cœur du vieux Gênes. La cuisine est très fonctionnelle et bien équipée . Giuseppe est très disponible pour conseiller les vacanciers et en cas de soucis . Vraiment parfait . Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir 😍

Vanessa war stets erreichbar, obwohl wir sehr spontan gebucht haben. Sie war sehr nett und pünktlich sowie flexibel. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Und die Garage ist sehr praktisch und der Innenhof ruhig und schön mit einem kleinen Caf3. Die strasse ist leider laut. Aber für eine Nacht in Ordnung.

Bruno is an absolute legend! So responsive to our messages and really helpful. It was lovely to be greeted and shown around the apartment. The apartment is in a great location - the steps are worth it for the lovely view and serenity. Highly recommend!

This was such a cool spot to have in Genova! Unique, very clean!, comfortable, and easy instructions. Sofia was an excellent host and provided suggestions when asked. Was very timely with her responses as well! If ever back in Genova, we will book again! Just be ready for the flights of stairs haha. Leg burner but totally WORTH IT!

Wir hatten eine großartige Zeit in der Unterkunft! Die Wohnung war sauber, gemütlich und genauso wie auf den Bildern beschrieben. Die Lage war super. Es ruhig, aber dennoch zentral. Der Check-in lief reibungslos, und der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich, gut erreichbar und hilfsbereit bei Fragen. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Es war wirklich alles super! Andrea und Deborah sind super nett und haben sich regelmäßig erkundigt und Hilfe angeboten 🥰 super schöne Wohnung mit einer traumhaften Aussicht und es war alles sauber!
