My lifelong dream is to live by the sea with a small studio and rent out a tiny house. In typical Teeland style, the house opens its windows outwards onto a sunny wooden terrace. You can hear the sea all the way here. A cosy sleeping loft makes the house special, and the small sauna can be booked on the spot (€20.00/2 hours).

Master bedroom: queen size bed from Swiss Sense. Guest bedroom: double bunk bed: 2 full double beds of 1.80x2.00 m. on top of each other. The kitchen with dining bar is equipped with all appliances and luxury tableware and cooking utensils. Spacious, luxurious bathroom with walk-in shower and spacious bath.

The beach and promenade are only 400 metres away. In July and August, we apply a minimum stay of 5 nights for a relaxing stay by the sea. This apartment with terrace is located in the middle of the old center of Middelburg. You have a view of the Abbey with its famous church tower. It is equipped with all comforts, such as air conditioning, terrace, sitting area and dining area. The Markt of Middelburg with its famous town hall is 100 meters away. You can park within walking distance and use all the facilities of the hotel opposite the apartments. In short, a great place to discover Middelburg and the whole of Zeeland.

Cheerful detached cottage 1400m from the beach!

In the outskirts of Koudekerke, only 1400 meters from the beach and city center, is our lovely cottage, meant to cheer you up :-) It consists of a living area with kitchen, a fantastic bathroom with walk-in rain shower and Private Sauna! Upstairs in the sleeping loft, there are 2 sleeping areas with lovely box springs for a comfortable night's sleep. Please note: the stairs are very steep with narrow steps and upstairs you have to bend down to get into the sleeping quarters.
