Place looked exactly like pictures showed, clean, quiet, spacious. Smelled real nice. Plenty of room for all the stuff if staying for a few days. Convenient private parking off the street. Dimitriy is a great host, responds almost instantly, accommodated an extra night stay for me! The place was real easy to find, all the instructions given were precise and clear. This was the perfect place for my wife and 4 year old! Beds were extremely comfortable, and the dining and lounge area was great for family time. It was also a great location centralized to all the things we wanted to do! That included Herkimer Diamond Mines, Cooperstown and Sangertown Mall (Billy Beez)!

This is a totally unique place! Hands down the most charming and well-run AirBnb we've ever stayed in. This apartment is full of character, with beautiful architectural details - antique wide plank floors, exposed brick and beams, stylish lighting, and interesting hand-selected decor. There are thoughtful details like motion-sensing lights on the stairs, and fun features like a turntable and great stack of LPs to play. More importantly, the place is clean, comfortable, and everything works. The beds are perfect, the apartment is quiet, and there were no issues with anything - the plumbing, heat, wifi, or electronic door locks. We only wish we had more time to hang out there and invite friends over to see everything. To top it off, the hosts were thoughtful, responsive, and flexible about our departure time. If all AirBnbs were this great, we'd never stay in a hotel.
