The apartment is located in San Paolo, one of the most characteristic and naturalistic areas of Ragusa Ibla, characterized by small steps that rise up the hill, some waterfalls and a big rock of white stone overlooking the foreshortening. Residenze San Paolo is really easy to reach, it is located at the entrance of Ibla, close to the comunal Parking and the center is easily accessible on feet. House description: On the ground floor there is the entrance and the first double bedroom with bathroom and shower ensuite. On the first floor is located the second room, which can act both as a living room or 2 ° bedroom thanks to a convertible sofa, with adjoining bathroom and shower. Finally, also on the first floor there are the dining room and the kitchen, in country style and equipped with stove, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, fridge and freezer. We spent ten days at La Casa del Fotografo and loved it. The apartment was comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. We liked staying in Borgata Santa Lucia – it’s a short walk from Ortigia and all the sights of Siracusa. We immediately felt at home there, and Marco and his team made sure we had plenty of recommendations of places to see, things to do and restaurants to try. They were always available to answer our questions. We really loved the rooftop terrace – we ate breakfast and dinner there often. The apartment is spacious, spotless and very comfortable. It was a great place to have an stress-free vacation.

Such a beautiful gem of an apartment! I would fully recommend staying here! We stayed for three nights after we’d just got married in Sicily. The apartment is beautiful and just as it looks in the pictures - the roof terrace is a real bonus! It’s absolutely stunning & a great place to laze under the sun, relaxing in the day or to have an alfresco dinner in the evening. It also overlooks ruins which is super interesting. The location of the apartment is also great - a 2-3 minute walk from the lively fish market & a variety of great restaurants. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this peaceful & quiet spot in Noto, Sicily. The location offers stunning views & a true sense of escape, perfect for unwinding. Roberto, the host, was incredibly responsive & welcoming, making everything feel easy from the moment we booked. A special mention goes to Lucky, the friendly caretaker, & his lovely dog Blanko, who quickly became a highlight of our stay. We loved having little visits from Blanko. While the property feels wonderfully remote, I’d definitely recommend hiring a car to explore the area. It’s a great base for visiting the beautiful town of Noto & the stunning seaside village of Marzamemi. All in all, a peaceful stay & highly recommended.

This is a well thought out, comfortable apartment that was built tastefully and with high quality furnishings. Space feels like a luxurious hotel suite but with privacy and charm of a lived in home— it was a perfect, relaxing stay for us as a couple. The balcony up top with an outdoor shower is a super nice touch, I highly recommend spending time out there in the mornings or at dawn when the swallows fly. We also enjoyed the location, as it was quiet and didn’t feel touristy at all, yet we were very close to the city center. The neighborhood cafes/bakeries were all excellent, as per host’s recommendations. Silvia, the host, was kind, helpful and very fast with her responses, it was a total pleasure to chat with her. Fully recommend this apartment!
