Super recommended, the house very cozy, everything impeccable with everything you need for our stay that was 10 super rigged days. It is located in a very safe and quiet place, central to everything; shopping center, restaurants and so on, quick scroll to anywhere in Bucaramanga, it was pleasant our stay we felt super comfortable and rigged. Katherine's apartment was an excellent place for us to stay during a medical trip to Colombia. It is just a 3-minute drive to the hospital, which was very convenient. The apartment is fully equipped for a comfortable stay; the beds are cozy, the hot showers have great pressure, and the kitchen has all the cooking and eating utensils you might need. The hostess even provided a fan for added comfort during our recovery after surgery. The building itself is accommodating, and the security guards are very helpful with calling taxis and offering local suggestions. A large pool is available for guests, although it has limited hours. There is also a playground directly below the apartment, where children play happily in the afternoons. The playground closes at 6 PM to ensure a quiet environment for everyone. Additionally, there is a decent gym for workouts. The best part of our stay was the hostess. She was proactive, kind, helpful, and always available to assist us. Highly recommended.

The hosts were very friendly, the apartment was clean and just like the photos, very quiet to sleep, there is a drugstore, shops, Oxxo, bakeries, restaurants and the shopping center nearby, I went on foot, I didn't have to pay for a taxi.

This is a great place to stay, if you’re running errands or have to visit Centro International de Especialistas or El Pinar Clinic is very accessible and convenient. The place was immaculate clean, swimming pool was great, concierge and security staff are amazing. Clara & Miguel are super nice, friendly and easy to communicate with. Definitely on my next trip to Bucaramanga I’m staying at this place again 10 stars to this place. Great experience.

Andres home Is very beautiful, he was a very responsive host. There was an. Issue with the air conditioning and he manage to send someone very fast to fix it. We had some issues at the beginning related to the booking but he was very nice and clarified everything. For Sure I will stay again there if the opportunity arises.

Really nice apartment, very clean and well organized, I really liked the view of the balcony , the pool is really beautiful! everything you need to cook was available. good location close to everyone! Safety is very inviting and smiling . Loved it but vacation in this apartment!
