Our 2025 Puerto Rico vacation was so enjoyable!!! The home was perfect just a describe and the pictures that are shown in the listing. The house is beautiful, private, and in a safe neighborhood. The backyard is perfect to relax, cook out and enjoy family time. The home truly came with everything you need for a beach vacation!! All you need to pack is your clothes. Already planning to book at the house again for our family 2026 Puerto Rico vacation. Luis is an amazing host!!

Place in a beautiful location. It does not have air conditioning in the common areas, which made the stay a bit warm. But overall, everything was fine.

What an amazing stay! I brought my son for his birthday with a family members and we had a blast. The home is amazing and has everything you need! Pros: Remarkable home (pool and rooftop were amazing) The view is breathtaking So much space and has everything you need and then some Amazing responsiveness and hospitality! Quick drive to beach and bars, restaurants and shops! (Recommend renting a car if leaving the property) The home has a grill and fire pit. Cons: Master room gets really hot The rooftop lights didn’t work but wasn’t a big deal - had I asked her I’m sure she’d have got them on for me. So that’s on me. No delivery available (but a common problem outside of big cities since Covid) Power outages (but that’s been a problem in PR and the power in their house came back fast! Overall this is one of the best Airbnb’s I’ve stayed in across over 30 countries! I will 300% stay there again when I’m back! Tip: Rent a car San Juan is 30-50 min depending on traffic or where

La estadía en la casa de Alexander fue genial. La casa grande y espaciosa con una hermosa decoración para nuestro grupo de 8 personas fue perfecta y excelente con todas las comodidades necesarias. La casa es tal y como muestran en las fotos. La comunicación fue excelente, muy receptiva y nos atendió muy al igual que contestó rápidamente todas las preguntas realizadas. El área de la piscina y el jacuzzi en el patio un toque refrescante y hermoso para disfrutar en grupo o en familia. Un lugar muy encantador que te invita a quedarte en él nuevamente en un futuro.

It was an amazing stay, my family and I enjoyed it. Nelson was a very great host, would definitely recommend him to my family and friends. I would also be going back for another stay. My mission for my husband to reunite him with his dad was a successful mission all thanks to Nelson.

Al’s place was great in a great area close to local attractions. The pool made it nice to relax on days that you would like to relax. Plenty of restaurants with in walking distance of the house. Quiet neighborhood that we felt safe walking through.

I can’t say enough about this property! It’s a little slice of paradise. Even though it’s in a neighborhood it’s extremely private. The porches and pool area make you feel like you are at your own resort. The location is close to anything you might want to do in the east side of the island and Kevin provides a manual with excellent recommendations for restaurants, beaches, activities etc. We took advantage of so many but also used the well equipped kitchen and grills to eat in. The beach gear and towels were appreciated as were the washer/dryer. We had a couple of questions during our stay and Kevin was extremely responsive. Our family of 6 travelers, ages 13-74, had an awesome week!

Highly recommended. Excellent area just outside of San Juan… perfect for a quick getaway. Plenty of nearby restaurants, beaches, and things to do but also quiet, peaceful, and away from the hustle and bustle. Olivia was a great host - very friendly and helpful.

Beautiful home with amazing views. The home was extremely clean , well stocked and provided all of the comforts of home. We were able to use beach chairs, coolers, beach tent and towels to explore the island. Marisol was very responsive and flexible with check in. We spent a lot of time poolside enjoying the view. This was the perfect place for our stay on Vieques!

This home was great. Very clean, amazing views and fairly secluded made it very peaceful. The views from the rooftop and deck were beautiful. And Ron the caretaker was great, he provided us with many recommendations and was extremely responsive for check in/check out information. Overall, great stay

Paradise Cove Suites is exactly as described - sitting right in front of Playa Bastimento in a quiet residential area. A great steep road across the street to start off morning runs with epic 360 views. The beach out front has a great pool created by a reef barrier. Locals will come in and set up especially on the weekend but were always quiet and left by sundown. A great location. The house is built solid & we never heard the guests downstairs (we checked with them to make sure they couldn't hear us ~ and they couldn't). The onsite laundry was a huge plus. We had a FANTASTIC time at Casa Tucepi. The views from everywhere in the villa were gorgeous. Everything was as advertised except the view was even better! Private pool was a huge, unique upgrade for Vieques. We decided to do two “lazy villa days” (out of 7) because the house was so wonderful. Keep the driveway gate closed or you’ll end up with a herd of horses in the yard! I’m not kidding even a little bit!

Kiara's home is comfortable, clean and beautiful. You can see the horses next door. the AC was the best part. Close to restaurants and the plaza. I wod definitely recommend she responded very quickly when I had a question.

We loved the place and the hosts were very accommodating and responsive.

Great host that helped us get to the house and met us there to let us in. She sent so much information regarding the island and what to do, where to go, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Very helpful and very responsive. The house was even better in person and we loved the beautiful yard and porch. She also had everything you need for a day at the beach. I would definitely recommend her place and we would love to stay here again in the future.

Adrienn’s house was even better in person. It was just what we needed. Quiet, views were amazing, private but close to everything (if you have a car would be best) and the space was great for our family of 4. Adrienn was extremely helpful with directions and recommendations!

We loved our week at casa Amarillo. House is nicer than the photos make it appear and in a peaceful location. Loved the mangos and visiting dogs! David is very friendly and helpful with recommendations and info.

Mi conuco es un espacio acogedor rodeado de naturaleza y lleno de paz. Espacio privado, hay que caminar un pequeño sendero para llegar a la propiedad pero el camino es muy lindo. La cabaña esta equipada con lo necesario. Nos encantó la experiencia. Recomendado para personas que amen la naturaleza y no tengan problemas con hacer senderismo.

Absolutely beautiful 5-star stay! The property has a delicate, thoughtfully design that’s both stunning and cozy at the same time. Super spacious, homey, and safe, with all the amenities you could need. The infinity pool was the highlight — breathtaking and serene. The host was fantastic, responsive and welcoming. Highly recommend this gem in Vieques!

The only word that describes this beautiful place is PARADISE… everything about the island and location was perfect!

The house is brand new and perfect! We were able to eat mangoes 🥭 from the back yard. It was only a couple of minutes walk for the Bio luminescent Bay pick up location. Walking distance to beach and restaurants. I would for sure rent this house again upon my return. I recommend renting g a car and beach hop and venture the island. Must do 2 beaches: Caracas Beach for a relaxing day at the beach and Black Sand Beach as there are only 20 of the black sand beaches in the world!

This place was so relaxing. The area was off the beaten path and so very quiet. The home was clean and had more than plenty of supplies. The pool was clean and inviting. Honestly, it was such a relaxing stay. Michele was awesome and we enjoyed getting to visit with her. She gave us some great recommendations for breakfast and dining. Although a quiet area it was really easy to get to Espernza or Isabell. Truly recommend Surf Side!

We had a great time staying in Vieques at Elsa’s place! The location was calm, walkable to many great restaurants in Isabel II and it was easy to catch rides to the other side of town to visit beautiful beaches and other restaurants. There was plenty of helpful beach equipment for us to use and make the most of our time visiting the gorgeous beaches. While there wasn’t AC, the fans kept it comfortable indoors and the sounds of the wildlife at night sounded like a setting on a white noise machine. The kitchen was well equipped and the bathroom had lots of helpful supplies for our inevitable sunburns :) This is the perfect place to stay for a relaxing getaway in Vieques. We highly recommend staying here!
