The apartment (80 m²) has a double entrance, front and back, onto the Mediterranean garden and the historic garden, and enjoys a beautiful panoramic view that extends to the Adriatic Sea. The ground floor has a large living room with a kitchen and dining area. Upstairs there are two bedrooms: a double bedroom that can be divided and a second bedroom with two single beds. There are also two marble bathrooms in travertine, one with a Jacuzzi and shower, and the other, smaller one, with a shower.
