IT DOES NOT HAVE A MOTHER-IN-LAW. Comfortable single bright room with balcony. Located in the Flores neighbourhood, just a few metres from Avenida Rivadavia, it is ideal for shopping in Avellaneda. Public transport: subway line to and dock with buses to tourist and downtown areas. Airport and airport. Your vehicles can be left on the street and there are 2 parking lots around the building. It has a basic gym, solarium, laundry and sum. (Check availability and rental prices)

Beautiful studio apartment with balcony, excellent location

Beautiful studio apartment in Floresta with a division where there is a double bed, it has a built-in closet, balcony and has all the amenities. In the dining room, you will find an armchair that converts into a bed ideal for a third person, an equipped kitchen and bathroom. Super bright!! Its location is unbeatable, one block from Av. Rivadavia where all public transportation lines pass, 7 blocks from the subway and 2 from Av Alberdi. Very nice and modern building.

It is an incredibly beautiful and quiet place, the people who work there are very friendly and made us feel very well cared for and comfortable. The house is bright, cozy and tastefully decorated, ideal for relaxing and enjoying Buenos Aires from a serene environment. We especially appreciate the warm and attentive treatment of the entire team, who were always available to help us with whatever we needed

Spacious and comfortable apartment It needs maintenance as there were some broken things and damp stains on the wall. They gave us the apartment with dirty cutlery...that was a little unpleasant. Flor was super kind in communication and responded quickly when we needed something. For a long stay (we stayed 2 weeks) there are things missing that would improve the accommodation, such as a carpet for the bathroom and a dish drainer in the kitchen. The doorbell has a camera that gave us security. Being located on the 4th floor, it is very quiet and we had no street noise. We recommend it if they solve the humidity problem...

Excellent place with good connectivity. Quiet and safe. Supermarket, restaurants and cafes nearby. Chacabuco Park, a beautiful place. I'd love to be able to write something bad so it doesn't fill up and I can come back knowing there's going to be space on the calendar, but the place is perfect. Thank you very much Dani & Flo 🙌🏼

Simply spectacular!!! Maria Laura is a genius! From the first moment she was super attentive to any query, in anything we needed she gave much more than 100%, the check-in and check-out had a flexibility that I will always be grateful, in terms of the apartment, just beautiful, it has everything you need, clean, with a beautiful terrace, we did not need anything, the location is unbeatable, you have the sub two blocks, and you can move around the city with ease, my expectations were already high and still managed to overcome them by a lot. I definitely recommend it, you don't have to look any further, when I return to the city this is definitely my first and only option, Thank you Maria! You're the best!
