Looking in the opposite direction, to the rock that surrounds this fajã, several waterfalls can be observed that make this place one of the most beautiful parishes of Ilha das Flores. One of these waterfalls falls into a well-known well, which is Poço do Bacalhau. Currently, Fajã Grande is a bathing area sought after by vacationers.

The house of Tí Mendonça is located in the Lajedo Coast, a place belonging to the parish of Lajedo, in the Municipality of Lajes das Flores. In addition to having access to free WI-FI, the house has an equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room with satellite TV, 2 full bathrooms and 2 bedrooms with a double bed. Nómada is a tradicional country House recently renovated & situated in the village of Lomba, 5km from Lajes. (9960-520) The House is devided in 3 apartements. Nomada Studio offers confort & calm with an amazing sea view. This Studio is a beautiful room with sea view & counts with a very small kitchen & table where you can enjoy breakfast or even cook a simple meal. The bathroom is in the down part together with the small kitchen. All the furniture are hand made.
