De woning is geheel gerenoveerd (afgerond in december 2023) en sfeervol ingericht. Er is veel aandacht besteed aan comfort, wat onder andere terugkomt in de vloerverwarming, goede isolatie, de houtkachel en zowel een bad als een inloopdouche.
