Apartment of 50 square meters. Kitchen with dishwasher and combination microwave. Luxury bathroom: lovely rain shower and toilet. On the first floor on the water with a spacious terrace. A short distance from IJsselmeer, Medemblik and other cities. For shopping, biking, hiking, surfing, kiteboarding or sailing. Pet welcome: max. 1 dog, 10 euro a day. Damage caused by pet is at the expense of the tenant! Hot tub is wood fired, 10 euros at a time. Provided there is wind. Barbecue is provided.
