Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Flensborg Fjord

We were warmly greeted by the neighbor upon arrival and instructed in everything important. The house was perfectly clean and even better than in the photos. The bedroom on the first floor was not open as shown in the photos but a separate room, which was perfect for our daughter. We felt very comfortable from the beginning and were also very happy about the welcome gifts. Even the "Easter bunny" had thought of us and hung something on the front door. We can recommend the accommodation without reservation.

This is a unique and beautiful house in a gorgeous setting. Our family (2 adults, 3 kids and our dog) felt right at home and absolutely loved waking up to the sea view. Simply stunning 🌊

We spent 10 days over Easter with our (large) family on the island of Funen and delighted with the house, the surroundings and the various activities for all ages. The house is perfect for a larger group, super and very practical. Martin was always available, good communication. We'd love to come back and look forward to seeing you again.

We had a great few days and the place was great. The terrace and garden are very nice and you can relax very well here and enjoy the time. The communication was very pleasant and straightforward ☺️

The house is very cute and in a quiet village. Especially the great painted closet wall in the living room gives the House its charm. We had a great day trip to Rømø.

We had a very nice weekend with our daughter in this very cozy place :-) There is nothing missing. It is very well located to make trips to Eutin or Malente or just unwind at the bottom of the lake. There is also a small playground in the cottage settlement. Worth a trip!

We enjoyed it very much. The accommodation was ideal, especially for our children. Well-maintained, fully equipped, generous space and garden. We will be happy to come back.

Ole's description doesn't promise too much. The view is really magnificent, the house very cozily furnished, the garden small but nice. The small place where the house is located is beautiful. You can buy honey, eggs, potatoes and more from local production in the nearby area. The closest supermarket is also not too far away. A tip: In the photos, the existing bed looks rather small, but it is king size, about 2m x 2m, so bring a sufficiently large sheet!

Both the apartment and Ingke as a host are great! It really has everything you could think of and if not, Ingke is always available and helpful! By bike you can fix to the sea, to the beach I would recommend a car. Due to the fireplace and the loving furnishings, the feel-good factor was quite high!

We had very nice days in the apartment! And would come back any time. The location is perfect for trips to Denmark, Sylt, Föhr…. All shops are available and also two bakeries.

We were super satisfied and enthusiastic about this apartment, best location, apartment was tip top, 2 bathrooms perfect if you live there with more people. Tomorrow as a host was super nice, always available and had lots of great info and tips for our stay in SPO!!!

We stayed at this lovely place for March and April and immediately felt at home. 🏡 Every corner is filled with rustic, tasteful decorations, cozy lighting, and plenty of electric plugs.🔌At first, learning to manage the wood-burning stove was an adventure, but it soon became a meditative and charming part of our days, especially with Charlotte’s beautiful, light-filled garden in view. The kitchen is fully equipped and perfect for anyone who enjoys cooking 🍳. The house is spacious for two, with a lovely glass entrance area ideal for coffee ☕ and garden views, plus charming handmade touches like colorful knitted covers and the "Meditation Snake" 🐍. If the house is lovely, Charlotte and her sweet dog Emil are even lovelier 🦮🧍‍♀️— warm, attentive, and welcoming. Traveling daily to Sønderborg was easy, with trains every two hours 🚆 (just 15 minutes away). It was a wonderful experience, and we are so grateful to have stayed in such a beautiful, peaceful place. The accommodation is very well located, a short walk to the old town. The accommodation is clean and beautiful, sometimes for a small stay. And Bjarne is very kind!

Lovely and spacious apartment with everything you need. Fully equipped kitchen and a clean bathroom with a nice shower. The location is also great, all the sights are in walking distance. There is a carport located right on the property. Annie was a great host!

I had 3 nights in Ingeborg's nice and well-appointed house in beautiful surroundings. Cozy terrace, well-functioning kitchen with gas stove, excellent bed with beautiful views of the night sky. Short bike or walking distance to bakery and grocery store and short walking distance to harbor and bathing jetty. Highly recommended!

Charming house and great garden. Fitted us well on our way home from Germany to Norway, but could have stayed several days. Host was friendly and instructions precise.

it was very easy to find the house, which was located in a quiet neighborhood and had a lovely view and sheltered garden. we thought the place was bigger than what the pictures gave the impression of, same with patio and garden. it was walking distance to shop and a great playground, there was also football and tennis opportunities nearby. it was a great beach that Poul recommended, it was only a short drive away. We were 4 adults and 4 children who cost us a lot here and can recommend both house and host😊

Dorothe’s place was perfect for our family of three adults and one child. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our own meals with groceries purchased at the nearby market. There was plenty of space to relax and unwind for our six night stay and we felt very safe and comfortable. We traveled to Odense from the USA and needed flexible hours. Dorothe was very accommodating. We would love to stay there again.

We had a fantastic stay at Morten’s place! The apartment was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated. The location was perfect, close to beach, public transport, restaurants, and made exploring the area super easy. Morten was friendly, responsive, and gave great local recommendations, which made the stay even better. The check-in process was smooth, and all the amenities WiFi, kitchen and heating worked perfectly. He also arrange a bbq for us with charcoal which was really sweet of him. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Aero, and I’d be happy to stay here again in the future. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We had a great weekend at the house. Everything worked perfectly and we felt very much at home. The garden offers enough space and the barbecue works great. The city is only a few minutes away by car. We will be happy to come back.

We had a great time staying at Kirsten's house! We would definitely book the cottage again. The cottage is authentic and everything is very spacious. Amenities are very spacious in the cottage. It's great that there is a wood-burning stove. The beds sleep wonderfully. Kirsten is very easily accessible and is very helpful. The island itself is also beautiful! Old dolmens, colorful towns and beautiful beaches. Thank you Kirsten for this wonderful experience!! We will enjoy it for a long time!
