The house is comfortable, very complete with its kitchen, rich pool, ideal with a very nice view and surrounded by nature. Gilberto's service was excellent and timely.

The place is just like the description, comfortable, easy to get to and a perfect location. I loved the entrance, it's very personalized, communication and support from the host is very fluid, friendly and constant, the pool area is spacious and very organized. It works from 9 am to 12m and from 3 pm to 9 pm, the BBQ area is great, the surroundings and green common areas are very well cared for, football, basketball and volleyball courts. My son enjoyed it to the fullest, we were super happy. There is WiFi, however the area as such does not have very good coverage and the signal is very intermittent.

Everything is very nice, much better than in the photos. Good service, the only thing is to keep in mind that you can't make a lot of noise.

Diana is always on top of everything. It is important to check the internet and TV status with the host before the trip, as there was a lot of rain during those days and the services were affected. This is completely out of hand and understandable, but you have to take it into account in case you have to work remotely. Some items are missing, such as a pressure cooker, coffee maker, knives, so it's good to check with her before the trip.

In a very quiet and private environment this space met my expectation, good price/benefit ratio, it has the amenities described and in good working order. It is located 2 minutes from the main road and 5 minutes by vehicle from the supermarket area and 5 minutes from the C.Cial Riviera [Restaurants] Yarlene the general services person, very attentive and collaborating. Communication with Javier the host is quick. To take into account the space is on the 5th floor and the unit does not have an elevator, this to take into account for people with reduced mobility.

Everything as seen in the communication, the apartment is very clean and very beautiful. Diana and Carlos were very attentive and very aware of us. Fantastic common areas, always clean, and the condominium staff are very friendly. i'm sure we'll be back soon!

it is important to mention that the second room does not have air conditioning and given the location of the apartment, it gets very hot. that influences the choice of accommodation.
