The location of this apartment is excellent, only a 5 minutes walk from the most visited monument, the Sagrada Familia. The apartment has 2 double bedrooms and one bathroom. Free WiFi, A/C, centralized heating. We are sorry but we are not allowed to host groups of people younger than 35 due to an agreement we have with the community of neighbors. Families with children are welcome. Our reception is located at 30 metres (100 feet) from the apartment and it's open from 9h to 18h, every day.

Modern apartment tastefully decorated. Functional and fully equipped. Excellent communications to Barcelona city center (18min), airport (30min),"La Fira" exhibition center (10min). Quiet neighborhood. Two double br with very comfortable mattresses. Dining room with sofa bed. Lots of natural light throughout the day. AC, heat pump, high speed WIFI in all rooms.
