Øksfjord is located about 30 km from the cabin and there you can take the ferry over to Sørøya which is Norway's largest island with no mainland connection. At the cabin you can see the northern lights dancing over the cabin on a clear winter evening or experience the light 24 hours a day on a summer evening.

The cabin is located in a well-established cabin area with prepared ski trails in the winter, and a large network of snowmobile trails where you can drive from the cabin and out into the wilderness. Here are nice areas for hunting and fishing, perfect for nature lovers. Ropeway and swing for the kids in the woods, and nice hill to sled in the winter. Sorrisniva, which is known for its amazing ice hotel, is a few km away. There is a great restaurant.

The apartment consists of 1 bedroom with 150 cm wide bed, ready made with all bed linen. 1 room with window, and with 75 cm bed ready made. Baby bed can be provided on request. Here you will find several marked trails that are nice to walk on in the summer. In winter, there are good skiing conditions.

Nice hiking trails in peaceful area. No visible neighbors. Road all the way up to the cabin - The cabin is located approximately 26 km from Lakselv and 50 km from Karasjok - where you will find a rich Sami cultural life. - No smoking, partying and pets only allowed in the hallway.
