Kaislan Tila is located in the countryside, 22km north of Mikkeli. We live in the main building of the farm and there is a 65m2 separate apartment in the yard. The farm has animals and is surrounded by thousands of lakes in Eastern Finland and forest areas rich in natural resources. The nearby lake offers recreational opportunities, fishing, swimming, boating, etc. In the woods, you can ski, pick berries, pick mushrooms and just enjoy the peace and quiet. In winter, you can go snowshoeing, skiing and skating, weather permitting.

This extremely unique 200-year old log house offers you an outstanding holiday. The property locates only 15 minutes by car from Jyväskylä. The cottage is on the lower part of the property by a private beach. You can relax by the fireplace, go to sauna or go swimming into the lake. There is a central heating and an additional fireplace, indoor toilet, shower and sauna. Drinking water from tap. During summer you can relax on hammock or by the outdoor fireplace. Bathing/hot tub available.

Separately, you can rent a hot tub or a smoke sauna in the yard. Extra beds can be booked as a communal accommodation in the main building. There are also extra beds for children. There's room in the yard to move around and play. In common areas, you can use a kitchen and a washer.

Welcome to relax completely in a lakeside cottage, right by the water. The cottage offers the perfect setting for a holiday in the middle of nature - a large terrace, a private sauna, a long shoreline and a child-friendly sandy beach make this an ideal destination for both families and couples. There are no neighbours near the cottage – here you can enjoy the silence and privacy. You can bring your pet with you, as long as you let us know in advance.

Beach cottage in the countryside

This getaway is for you who enjoy the tranquility of the countryside, sauna, swimming and boating. There's a nice walk about 5km around the lake. The cottage is in the yard of an old farm with chickens, dogs and a cat. Dogs do not roam free. The closest cultural camps can be found in the summertime at Lauko Manor 14km away. The nearest shop and restaurant is 9km away in Narva. The cottage rent includes linens, towels, and tablecloths.
