The house is located in a great location on the outskirts of the village on the famous ALBULA railway line and is easily accessible by train. In a wild, romantic, intact landscape, impressive village image in the Engadine style, versatile options for schools, youth camps and families. Haus Albula

In a house surrounded by water sources, the Albula River, the golf course, the viaducts, is her cozy three-room apartment with a large garden. The Lenzerheide, Davos, Bergün and Savognin ski resorts are quickly accessible (15-20 min.). It is possible to get fresh salad, herbs and vegetables (for a fee) in summer. The apartment is on the second floor and offers direct views of the passing RHB trains as well as a waterfall and golf course

Modern and cozy mountain apartment with a view

Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.
