Excellent apartment... Francesco and Antonella always willing and very friendly Everything you need for the kitchen...and three impeccable en-suite bedrooms!!! We left fruits and amenities for breakfast. We felt right at home ... we totally recommend it

Teresa was an impeccable host. Always smiling and available. The house matches the description and the pool is wonderful. I recommend booking well in advance the excursions to the Aeolian Islands that can also be reached starting from the Patti Marina pier.

Marco's place was clean, bright, modern, and had lots of space. He equipped the kitchen with breakfast snacks of many kinds, cereal, great coffee - including fresh milk ready when we arrived - and each bedroom even had its own kettle and selection of teas and some treats. Marco made getting there easy and check-in a breeze. He answered questions quickly before and during the stay, and even checked how we were doing, halfway through our 4-night adventure. I would highly recommend Marco's place. Parking is usually available and we were a 5-10 minute drive to the duomo and centre of town.

Property in a good location, comfortable for the sea and well equipped. Not suitable for people with walking problems as it is on the third floor without an elevator.

Our stay at Alessia's went well - clean, functional and nicely decorated apartment. Walking distance to the beach - you can hear the train passing by a little but it's not disturbing. Recommended!

Filippo’s place is spotless! The forniture and the household appliances are new and good quality, even the pans are new… It’s very fresh in summer and one minute walking distance to the beach… I highly recommend this place and his host!

Great stay here. Lovely view from the square around the corner and close to everything (if you don’t mind stairs!) The shower didn’t work very well but was fine for one night!

This was a wonderful place in which to spend several days exploring beautiful Reggio Calabria and Sicily. Our hostess and host were exceptional - extraordinarily generous and kind. We were showered with thoughtful gifts of eggs, fruit, fresh picked vegetables from their garden and a bottle of their home-made wine (which was excellent). They were patient with our questions and were a fount of local insights and knowledge. Over decades of travel, they rank at the very top of the hosts that we have met. The house was immaculate, modern and very well appointed and lived up to every one of our expectations. It is on the edge of a small village and was serene and peaceful. The house is located outside of Reggio Calabria and close to the ferries to Sicily in Villa San Giovanni. A car is strongly recommended to enable local travel and trips to Sicily (which are very easy to arrange). All in all, an exceptional stay. Thank you!!!!

Beautiful stay of a week, a 5-minute walk to the beach. Impeccable, friendly, and super helpful hosts. Services at a maximum of 10/15 min walk highly recommended for the area!

The studio is very well located 5 minutes from the castello, the marina, and the port in a quiet little alley. Marco was very accommodating for check-in. A point of vigilance for parents of young children, there is surprisingly no safety gate for the upper bed (bunk). The kitchen equipment would also benefit from being a bit of a break. But the overall impression is great..

Very nice apartment very well equipped, clean and maintained. We were hosted very well by Anamaria who is good advice. The pool is great, in October a little cold to our liking. Enclosed private parking. The only small downside is the train that passes at the end of the garden and the opposite of the apartment above; when there are people they see directly in the pool. Luckily for us, no one upstairs or next door! We had a lovely stay there. Thank you!

We were greeted by Oriana and her husband with great kindness and attention. Their home brought us everything we expected, especially during the very hot days. Access to the beach is immediate and the environment is very quiet and friendly. With a car, it's easy to visit or on an excursion. a big thank you from our part to Oriana.

Villa Mulino al Vento with its wonderful views of the city of Lipari is the perfect location for your Aeolian holidays. The apartments are super clean and equipped with every comfort of great design. The large terraces and outdoor spaces are perfectly cared for and furnished, able to give moments of absolute relaxation surrounded by nature. The added value? Super host Leonardo who pampered us and spoiled us with home-made delicacies and his company. Always available to meet all our curiosities and requests; in addition, the presence of Perla, an affectionate golden retriever has softened all our awakenings. Thank you also to Marithes for her smile and delicious cuisine. In short, the perfect place for an unforgettable holiday.

Highlights: - Beautiful, very clean, large apartment - 2 rooms with 2 bathrooms - well-equipped kitchen - Large balcony - beautiful decoration, you felt right at home - Air conditioning available - about 1.5 km on foot from the center - Easy, self check-in / check-out - quick response by Domenico, very friendly and accommodating We would always book Domenico's apartment. We felt very comfortable. Only negative point: - no private parking. There are many parking options, but it was difficult to find a parking space at noon and around 6 pm.

First off, it was immediately easy to see why Luigi is rated as a superhost. He greeted us with a huge smile, he was extremely in touch without being obtrusive, in the days leading up to our arrival, and he met us quite early (earlier than most hosts would ever consider) to meet us and show us the unit and give us the keys. Also, I messed up and locked both the keys and my cellular in the apartment - and a neighbor totally rescued us by calling Luigi - AND, Luigi showed up in under 10 minutes! I highly recommend this host - no matter what property it is, you can rest assured that you will have a fantastic experience. Luigi ALSO, by the way, provided one of the cleanest places I’ve ever stayed - it was immaculate upon arrival! Thank you, Luigi! 7 stars out of 5!!!

Very nice comfortable and pleasant apartment, quiet beautiful view as expected, large rooms , proximity to the port for excursions to the Aeolian islands, not too far from the historic center and the beaches , at the top!

the property has two very large rooms, in the city center. the rooms are bright, beautiful and perfect. the house has everything and more, everything you need and the superfluous that becomes perfect!
