It is a Wonderful Estate. The different spaces it has are amazing. The barbecue site, TV and games area, pool and wonderful Jacuzzi, where we share excellent family afternoons, unforgettable! Recommended for large family gatherings, city section, easy access. The quality of care of Doña Diana and her husband Alvaro (Those who take care and attend during the stay) is simply wonderful. Beautiful house with an amazing pool and gazebo area. Pedro was extremely helpful and assisted us with anything we needed. He turned on the hot tub for us before we got back from the city in order to have it ready for us and even helped us to get food delivered from a local market so we wouldn’t have to leave the property. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to the area. The house is somewhat of a distance away from the city so a rental car is highly recommended.

We had a great stay! We were looking for a private property that would accommodate our family of 12 people, including grandparents and 2 kids. This property provided plenty of space for us to spread out, lots of amenities (pool, help recommending & booking activities, on site massages, ping pong, board games, fire pit, tejo, playground, breakfast included, awesome coffee, volleyball and soccer, etc). Set amongst fields of plantains, the environment was tranquil & scenery picturesque. The service was great, and the whole hotel staff was available to us and entirely focused on making our stay enjoyable. We paid extra to include lunch and dinner, and they helped to organize a plan for meals and did all of the grocery shopping. Delicious food! We loved the different excursions that we did, and found all of the providers took COVID precautions very seriously. It was a great trip, my kids cried when we had to leave!

Very comfortable and cozy house. It's just like the description, the surroundings are very quiet and beautiful. It is located around a wooded area. It has all the services. The host was very helpful. Highly recommended.

Alejandra and Hector farm has much to offer--beautiful scenery, waterfalls, hiking, etc. however, the reason you must stay here is to meet hector Alejandra father, he is a SUPER NICE PERSON and her family, He's a fantastic host and truly made our time in Salento very fun and memorable. Maria's place was amazing! The house is full of charm and the surrounding nature breathtaking. I enjoyed having my coffee early, listening and seeing all kinds of birds. The premises are completly private, feeling like you are away from everything, but you really are 5 minutes away from the town of Montenegro. There are many activities we enjoyed witin short driving distances from the house. Maria Camila and Fabian, the couple who takes care of the house were also amazing. They cooked delicious meals for us and were responsive and friendly. Maria, the host, was also very friendly and responsive as I had a few questions before arriving. My only suggestion is adding a mirror to the exit as it is really hard to see cars coming when exiting by car.

Excellent place to rest, everything was impeccable, the house was beautiful, we felt right at home, the attention of Don Jorge and his wonderful family, they are very attentive and collaborative people, warm, Kira a love, 10 /10. We were fascinated with everything and we hope to return soon.

La Argelia is an extremely unique, Colombian experience somewhere between a hotel and an Airbnb. The house and property is beautiful, historic, comfortable and relaxing. But what really sets it apart is the incredible food and staff that make the experience so lovely. The house comes with staff that cleans daily and cooks an incredible breakfast all included in the price. For a small additional fee you can also get lunch and dinner which were fantastic, healthy home cooked meals made with local ingredients - couldn’t have been better! It allowed us to have the comforts of a home with access to a kitchen, without having to do the work of shopping and cooking. Finally, the family of hosts is absolutely wonderful and so hospitable, helping to provide suggestions and coordinate anything we needed help with. As with anywhere tropical in Colombia, be prepared for rain and mosquitos. Recommended!

everything was super good, Don Ernesto was very kind and always attentive to what we needed. The location of the property is privileged, so close to the city and at the same time so quiet. you can see just spectacular fauna and flora.

Overall it was a very pleasant stay! It’s about 25-30 minutes away from the small town but it’s peaceful and relaxing. The owner welcomed us and explained where everything was located. He was great at communicating with us and when we encountered issues, he sent Don German, the groundskeeper, who was super friendly. Every room has a bathroom however, the number of beds is different and they are assigned depending on the size of your group. Con - the kitchen was in a separate space from the sleeping quarters so it was a bit inconvenient. Highly recommend, and we would stay there again!
