Une grande pièce à vivre lumineuse, avec murs de terre et chaux, poutres apparentes, cheminée (non fonctionnelle), équipée d'une cuisine très bien équipée, d'un lit deux places 140x200 dont le matelas et d'un surmatelas tout neuf et d'un coin salon, ainsi que d'une salle de bain et WC privés entièrement créés pour le studio.

We live in the terraced house. Bicycles can be made available.

The cottage is located on the property of a 16th century mansion, in a wine region close to La Charité sur Loire, Pouilly sur Loire, Sancerre... Equipped with an independent entrance, it has its own garden and laundry annex. Completely restored we have decorated it by chinant and working with local materials. The ground floor includes a living room with kitchenette and shower room. The room is on the mezzanine. Enjoy the peace and quiet and greenery!

This is our countryside house, located 2 hours from Paris in the wine-making region of Sancerre. This is a rustic family home, carefully renovated in an English cottage-style. It is charming, with exposed stone, original features, and a vine adorning the house. It has a log-burning fire for the winter and a garden full of fruit trees in the spring; a perfect spot to enjoy the local renowned goats cheese and crisp Sancerre white wine.
