The ground floor of the house, filled with light from large glass doors, has a modern kitchen, a dining table looking out onto the private garden and a cosy living space. Upstairs, you can lie in bed and admire the stars from the large twin Velux windows, ideally placed above the bed. Outside, a large garden with decking and bath.

Les fenêtres donnent sur une courette (non utilisable) ce qui assure le calme absolu dans l'appartement. Stationnement gratuit sur la place du docteur Vergne ou dans la rue. Aucune possibilité de rentrer les vélos qui doivent rester à l'extérieur de l'immeuble.

This small house is located 5 minutes from the A20, 10 km from Argenton-sur-Creuse, 10 km from Saint-Benoît-du-Sault, 14 km from Eguzon: you can easily discover this beautiful region. Please note, the house does not have Wi-Fi and the phone network is not very good: you will therefore be forced to relax, rest and enjoy nature! In winter, heating is only by wood-burning stove. You can sit in the armchairs, nice and warm.

Located in the heart of La Chatre, you can access all shops on foot (shopping street 5 meters from the apartment). George Sand's estate is 5 km away.

Le Cocon Berrichon

A small nest near La Châtre, in the town of Briantes. Not far from Nohant and a little further from the wonders of the Creuse. An independent cocoon but on the same grounds as the owners house. The staircase to the mezzanine is narrow but equipped with a guardrail. An all-inclusive rate: bed made, towels, cleaning, sofa bed, Wifi with fiber, coffee...and a parking space that is reserved along the cocoon.

The house also has a large terrace and garden, where you can enjoy an outdoor lounge, deckchairs, and a barbecue. All the basic amenities (sheets, towels, shower gel/shampoo...) are provided with the rental.
