In the distance, the adjacent towns of Apetlon, Illmitz, Mörbiisch am See, Rust and Fertörakos. Directly in front of the property, which is more than 2000 m², you will find a fascinating animal world, where the gray cattle and water buffaloes graze directly in front of the property on which the house is located.

Quiet, seclusion, freedom, lake, barbecue, fishing, reading, boating, surfing, sailing, cycling, wine, taverns, Burgenland, pile building. The large, red electric boat has two large batteries and a powerful 800 watt motor. It is a classic Fronius boat that would normally cost 70 EUR/day to rent at the port. The overnight price includes the boat.

The studio's equipped kitchen has a refrigerator, induction hob, microwave, kettle, coffee maker. The studio has a private parking lot. Guests are required to pay a local tourist tax of HUF 450 (EUR 1.50).
