Ground floor: spacious living room with large Qled TV and sofa bed, kitchen and a bathroom with washing machine. Upstairs: 2 generous bedrooms with double and sofa bed, a bathroom with walk-in shower, a hallway and a balcony. Nearby: 700m walk from the old town centre and 350m from a food market. The car can be parked in the yard or on the street, for free. The house has a communal courtyard.
