Beautiful place. Very well located. There was a supermarket, cafes, restaurants, and a pharmacy all within 5 meters of the apartment. It was also right on the edge of the inner medieval quarter which had a lot of bars, cafes, and restaurants. Squeaky clean and very nice rooms. Three king beds and one room with twin beds. The room with twin beds does not have a closet or anywhere to put a suitcase but we worked that out without effort. Great place and a great price.

Very good apartment! Even though it is on the second floor, the stairs are easy. Parking is on the street, but it was quiet to find every day! Beautiful city, we feel at home! We will return!

Sandra's apartment is magnificent: clean, bright, central, very spacious for two people and very quiet. Our stay in Guimarães, in the historic center, was great thanks to that accommodation. The price-quality ratio is optimal. The nearby and cheap parking Camões also made things easier. We definitely recommend this place nice and well managed. Muito obrigado.

Beautiful tranquil little converted farmhouse. All the amenities you need, lovely pool and very friendly dog. It is walkable to supermarket and local bars or a cab to Guimarães is very cheap. Our host was very friendly and helpful throughout.

I was extremely satisfied with my stay at this house! From the first moment, I felt very welcome. The house is exactly as in the photos – clean, well decorated and with a cozy atmosphere that made me feel at home. The location is excellent, quiet but at the same time close to everything you need, such as restaurants and supermarkets.

It was a stay for a group for a wedding. The house was impeccable, from the housekeeping, the amenities and even the smell. It was very nice, from the time of check in to the exit. João always attentive and ensured the best experience. We certainly recommend and will be back. Thanks for everything.

The property is a little paradise. There's everything you need. You can relax by the pool or work out at the paddle court. Breakfast is delivered to the apartment and is great. I'd love to come back.

Perfect reception from Miquelina and Eduardo. The house is beautiful. The arrival raises doubts because the road is tight. But Miquelina answers all questions in real time! I highly recommend it. It's perfect!

Five stars to Casa de Cardido and to Rui and Alexandra for being wonderful hosts. We were a little late checking in, but Rui greeted us with a smile and a very generous tabua of local cheeses and meats. The hosts go above anything expected, with a sound system at the pool, exercise equipment, and fresh bread delivered daily. The house is a traditional Portuguese home - and it feels like a “home” not a rental. We spent two weeks here and it felt like staying with family. I noticed that one review commented on how close the highway is. Please know this is not a problem. You can see the highway when approaching the home from the road, but you cannot hear it and it does not interfere with the experience. This is very high quality stay with caring and involved hosts that will make sure you have all you need. I highly recommend.

Ricardo has been responsive since the original booking months ago. The apartment was very clean, beds were comfortable, apartment was quiet. He met us there to give the instructions in person and was quick to respond for any needs. This place is highly recommended!

We loved our stay at Home Essences. We found it even better than the pictures indicated. There was plenty of room for 8 adults and a toddler with everyone having their own private space and bathroom. The set up was perfect. We found it clean and well stocked and would not hesitate to return if given the chance. Joana was an excellent host - very helpful and responsive!

Beautifully located! Wonderful view, excellent bakeries nearby. Good to have a secure, inside place to park our car.

The apartment was really nice and spacious with a big balcony where we enjoyed the sun. The kitchen was also well equipped with the essentials. Also a big plus was a private parking spot in the garage. Paula and her team were very responsive and helpful. We had a great stay!

We spent 4 very pleasant days in the apartment, which is very well located in the center of Matosinhos and has all kinds of businesses nearby (also the beach!). It's great for a couple or a single person. And Fernando, the host, will give you all the information you need to enjoy your stay, and will be on hand to resolve any issues that will make your trip even more enjoyable. ...EVERYTHING IS EXCELLENT... We chose this accommodation based on the comments: ALL the reviews are positive. The apartment is currently being renovated and we have been given the one downstairs, which is similar but with a large terrace. The apartment is still new, comfortable and very clean. From 22 to 29 May, with my wife and son, we stayed in this apartment equipped with every comfort, all the appliances in the kitchen and bathroom are new. All linen, bed and bath, was available and perfect. Comfortable and large double bed In addition, the house has perfect and fast Wi-Fi and two new air conditioners The accommodation is located near Campanha, in a quiet area and the condominium is very quiet. David was kind and helpful by answering our questions immediately A stay to be repeated for sure... Highly recommended. Great apartment and interior design with perfect location.

Great location right in the city center, within walking distance to everything around. Parking spot was very convenient and safe as it was in a private underground parking lot. The place was very clean, quiet and had everything that we could need! Would highly recommend.
