The lease consists of two bright and cozy rooms of 16 m2 and 20 m2 respectively overlooking the flower garden. The apartment has its own entrance, private bathroom and kitchen. Baby equipment (bed, high chair, changing pad, etc.) can be borrowed.

Beautiful and modern villa from 2015 - a total of 180 m2. There is plenty of space, including a large kitchen with dining area for 12 people. There is a large smart TV in the living room, TV in the kitchen and in one of the rooms. Large terrace with the possibility to barbecue. In the carport, we have a large ping-pong table and the opportunity to play darts. In the driveway, we also have a basketball stand. Haven er i direkte forbindelse med stuen og eftermiddage samt tidlige aftener kan nydes på den store terrasse Bellevue strand ligger 2 km væk og er man til natur kan man gå ned til Egå engsø og nyde fuglelivet der. 300 meter til letbanen, som kører til Aarhus itu på 10 minutter.
