Lakeview Acres Retreat

Cozy, secluded space nestled in a quiet wooded setting. This space offers everything you need for a comfortable stay and is just a short distance to downtown Conway, Lake Beaverfork, and our local colleges and universities. The guesthouse is a converted workshop/pool house and is a separate structure from the main house. Guests have access to the pool/patio area which is a common space between the guesthouse and the main house. We do not use the pool/patio space when we have guests.

This family friendly townhome offers 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, 1 powder bath, a full kitchen, dining area and comfy living space. There is a full sized washer and dryer area just off the kitchen with a single car garage as well. Our townhome is located just a quick 4 miles from I-40 and I-430, 20 minutes from downtown Little Rock.
