Open a window into the past in this retro style home. The residence features original design details, an eclectic mix of furnishings and decor, rich textures, a cozy fireplace, and a covered outdoor dining area. The home features 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths, full kitchen, laundry room with washer and dryer, TVs in the living room and master bedroom, and has all the amenities required for a AirBnB Plus home. The house has a king bed in the master bedroom, with a queen bed and full size in the other two bedrooms. Both bathrooms have a bath/shower combination. There is also a large closet in the master bath, gas fireplace in the living room and a covered patio in the back yard. The kitchen has an electric range and oven, microwave and coffee maker. The house has a 2 car garage but it is not accessible. There is plenty of room to park in the driveway or in front of the house. We live 2 miles from the property, so we can be available to assist you or answer any questions that you might have about the property or the Rockwall/Dallas area. The property is located in quiet neighborhood with easy access to fabulous restaurants and boutique shopping in downtown Rockwall. The house is less than a mile from downtown Rockwall, so you can walk to the local tea room, coffee shop, boutique stores and restaurants.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. All 4 bedrooms are large and spacious. Each has a Roku TV. Game room with pool table, 65 inch Roku TV, dart board, and seating. Nicely stocked kitchen and dining in kitchen, dining room, and on patio. The pool is available, but not heated. Spa is not heated. The pool is cleaned weekly on Tuesday. There is a pool net available to remove leaves and other debris. Trailers, boats, RVs can not be parked at the property.

Very nice garage apt behind our home on .75 acre in upscale neighborhood. 8 min from Royse city Tx. 18min from Rockwall tx and 12 min from from Greenville tx. You will be staying in a safe gated private property. The apt is upstairs above a double garage were we the host live on property. We have a fenced area for a dog if you bring one with you. We have sound proof the apt upstairs from our downstairs apt we use ourselves.

Overall, great place to stay. Clean, comfortable space, and nice community. Easy to use wifi on TV for YouTube TV. Dedicated walkway to private entrance. I liked that it was not a hotel, but a space in a home. I did not need a kitchen, so the small fridge worked fine. Quiet window AC helped keep the room comfortable. The bathroom was clean and perfect for my stay. Negative: cheap foam mattress, but I slept fine. I would have preferred cotton sheets, rather than polyester, but it was fine. The space was perfect for my family visit in the area to have a clean, smoke Free space. Beautiful development/location. May be a bit far from restaurants and shopping, but it was close to where I was visiting. Perfect fit for my needs and a reasonable price for privacy. I would definitely stay there again for my next visit, and I will recommend to my brother for his visit. Well executed by the host.

Love love loved Zalena’s place!! By far the best Airbnb and host I’ve had! The home was gorgeous and spotless! They offered me and my son homemade pizza as well! Very hospitable!!! Definitely a 10/10!!!

Luna's place was what I needed for my 2 night stay in Rockwall. I was looking for a place to just sleep as I would be gone during the day, and the air mattress worked out for that. I also like having my own private bathroom located in the hallway right next to the bedroom. Luna is friendly and happy to make sure you have a comfortable stay.
