Outside you can enjoy a large veranda equipped for lunches and a relaxation area, a lawn in the pine forest and a 40-square-meter swimming pool in the lemon grove with a gazebo and a barbecue area. Mavà is an ancient "Fasanese palace" with star vaults, renovated in 2024, located in the historic center. Care is at the heart of our project. In the complex, you will find two studios, each with a private bathroom, and a two-room apartment with a bedroom, kitchen, sofa bed, and a fantastic terrace. In each apartment there are Smart TVs and Alexa. You are in the wonderful historic center of Fasano and a 10-minute drive from the beaches of Savelletri. Self check-in. There is a long staircase at the entrance.

In 2024 we completed our amazing pool area and extensive works to the surrounding land. This unique antique villa is in a great location, less than 5 minutes from Ceglie Messipica and just over 10 minutes from Ostuni.
