Villa Rādyca

Villa Cervo nel Voltigno (1150m above sea level) consists of 6 bedrooms (16 beds), a living room, a kitchen, 4 bathrooms and a games room ... for a total of over 200sqm. It is located in "Le Scalate", a green residential area in Villa Celiera, within Gran Sasso-Monti della Laga National Park, between Mt. Morrone and Merletti di Villa Celiera rocky spurs, with views of the surrounding mountains, and is also a few kilometres from the Piana del Voltigno. Pescara and the beach are 40km away.

Farindola: Quiet house for you alone

Relax in this unique and tranquil space. Although partially modernized, we wanted to keep the authenticity and simplicity of this accommodation in order to immerse you in the local life of this beautiful village where time stopped. Detached house, ideal as a base for mushroom hunting, mountain biking or simply a few days of rest within the splendid panorama of the Gran Sasso; 10 min from Lake Penne, 15 from Rigopiano and 20 from the Voltigno plain. Equipped with a tavern with a fireplace for dinners with friends, and a pergola with a window where you can enjoy a barbecue overlooking the olive groves, bicycle shelter and/or for 4-legged friends, sunbed and deckchair to enjoy the outdoor spaces.

Glamping Abruzzo - The Yurt

This luxurious yurt, with its own private hot-tub and fire-pit, is set in a peaceful olive grove, with sweeping views to the Majella mountain. Part of an organic olive farm, thirty minutes from Pescara Airport. Magnificent National Parks are nearby and the local restaurants are excellent too. Regretably, we are unable to accomodate pets, or chilldren under the age of 12 and alterations to your reservation are only accomodated prior to seven days in advance.

Villa between the sea and the mountains

A few minutes from the sea and ski slopes, nestled in the hills of Pescarese but only 25 minutes from the sea, 40 minutes from the mountains and a 5-minute drive to the highway. Only SMALL dogs are allowed. The villa is inhabited by the homeowners on the upper floor but they will be present mainly only for check-in and garden maintenance, while guests will have full privacy and autonomy of the ground floor.

La Loggia Cabin

Unplugging from daily commitments, work stress and maybe even technology is what it takes to find ourselves. "Baita la Loggia" is a lovely apartment, located in the green of the Gran Sasso and Monti della Laga National Park, 3 km from Farindola. We consider it a little slice of heaven for nature lovers, walks in the woods, sports, and relaxation. But it's up to you to find out and decide.

Stefy Home - House in the historic center

Typical accommodation in the historic center, located a short walk from the Cathedral and other sites of interest. You can easily get around on foot to visit most of the town, having the opportunity to immerse yourself in a medieval atmosphere. The apartment is on two floors and consists of a kitchen, living room, two bathrooms and a bedroom overlooking the surrounding landscape.
