Simple and clean. We had a toddler so not too much for him to get into as far as things/trinkets, which was good. I also enjoyed having a ceiling fan in the front bedroom, at least. Bathroom was spacious also. Overall a cute little place that worked for us, and we would definitely stay here again if ever in the area!

We greatly enjoyed our 4 night stay! The home is very cute and looks exactly like the pictures. The property is beautiful! We loved that we could bring our 3 dogs and we loved giving the donkeys carrots. The house is thoughtfully stocked with food essentials and snacks. Sandy is so friendly and the value is amazing. We would 100% recommend and stay again if we’re ever in the area in the future!

very nice home with a large back yard. it was very clean and well maintained. the whole neighborhood was very well kept and felt like the kind of place the kids could run around without worrying about them.

We had a wonderful stay. The home was clean and had everything we needed. We enjoyed that both bedrooms had bathrooms connected. Great food options near by and a quick drive to downtown. We will definitely be back. Thanks for being a great host.

I was in town for an event at the Raisin Cane’s River Center and the location was the perfect driving distance. There were many restaurants and coffee shops close by that were awesome!

this place was exceptional. would have given more stars if possible. the house was exactly the same as pictured. Kris was very responsive with any questions we had and got back to us quickly. he even messaged us a couple times while were there to see if there was anything else we needed or he could do for us. exceptionally clean and more amenities than we could of asked for. beds were very comfortable and had more than enough space. we were in town for the national bowling tournament so if it comes back here in the future this would be the first place we would look into. short 10 minute drive to downtown baton rouge

Quiet neighborhood but close to the highway that you could be anywhere you’d want to be in just a couple of minutes. We throughly enjoyed the house and everything it had to offer. The house and description were as advertised. Thank you to the host for opening your home. We truly had a relaxing and great vacation!

The house was everything we expected. Tonya gave very clear directions on entering the property and also provided several recommendations for things to do in the area during our stay.

This was my second stay at this home while visiting my daughter at LSU. Quiet, nice neighborhood within a short distance to restaurants and stores. The pool was heated and a fun added bonus. Would definitely recommend Tyler’s place.

Great area and very nice place.

We had a nice relaxing stay in a nice neighborhood. A little girl from the neighborhood waved to us as we pulled in. Just wish it hadn't rained so much so we could enjoy the pool. There was quite a variety of food and shopping within a short distance. I would highly recommend this for friends and family.

This is our second time spending our Christmas in Louisiana visiting family. I specifically choose to stay at Claire’s listing when we visit the area. She is a wonderful host. Very hospitable,flexible and always friendly. Her properties always make you like you are home.

We were excited when we found this location, and it found a way to exceed our expectations when we were finally able to stay there. It was such a nice place to unwind after running all day. It felt like home in every way. That says a lot from a couple that lives in a very small town and the place we were visiting was located in the downtown of a large city. Dani & Jacob communicated so well. There was some work that needed to be done on the elevator while we were there, and we knew well beforehand so we could plan around it. A couple amenities that were so valuable to us were the grocery store on the first floor, and the parking. The grocery was so helpful, and we were surprised how good the prices were. The parking was set up very well, we never had to worry about finding a spot. Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience!

The house was clean and as described. It was close to Life Tabernacle Church where the Revolution Conference was being held. The master bath had a divider door between the toilet & shower room and the double sink & mirror part, which was handy. The house temp was cool. Ceiling AND box fans! There were hangers for our clothes and places to hang them. Bottles of water, k-cups, and snacks were provided. There is no dishwasher, but we did not have opportunity to cook, so this was not a problem. The master bathroom has a tub/shower. The other just has a tub. This is not an issue if you have kids who take baths, but with 4 adults needing showers, we needed to work around just one shower. The hot water in the master shower and sinks was extremely hot. I had some trouble figuring out how to lock the front door when we left the first time, but got a quick call from the owner, which I appreciated. The house is comfortable and roomy. We would definitely stay again.
