Holiday rentals with a patio in Falmouth

We had a great stay at Susan's place. Keep in mind of the second floor stairs as we had to bring our luggage up the steeper stairs, but wasn't a big issue for us. The place was clean and was great for my mom, daughter and me for a girls trip. We would stay again!

My boyfriend and I had a lovely stay. We enjoyed drinking coffee out on the patio in the mornings and cooking meals in the kitchen. The place was clean and just what we needed for the week. Victoria and Tanner were also very friendly and quick to reply to our messages. We would come back!

John was responsive and flexible. The area was quiet, an easy walk to the water and close to some nice restaurants. Also, an easy and quick ride to downtown. His place was clean and comfortable. Great place to stay if you are visiting Portland.

This was a great place to accommodate five or six people. The kitchen was well equipped with all the tools we needed to cook at home, including several spices. We enjoyed a lovely patio to sit on in the back. There were a few board games available that we enjoyed. This was a great option!

Very sweet and well-appointed space. Check-in was easy and the stay was super pleasant and peaceful. Would definitely return!

Lovely, tastefully decorated, place tucked in the beautiful area of Wells! We could tell from the moment we walked in that there was a thorough clean of the apartment prior to our arrival. Additionally, the attention to detail was amazing, from pamphlets about the area to beach towels to borrow in the bathroom. Though we weren’t in the area for the beach, we found it conveniently located to Ogunquit (specifically for the Ogunquit Playhouse, which was the reason for our little weekend trip). We’d happily choose this AirBnB again for any future visits :)

My dog and I had a great time here and would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area. We found lots of dog-friendly hikes and nature reserves nearby within 15-30 minutes . Otherwise we enjoyed the peaceful yard and small brook on the property. Beautiful and thoughtful rental, with very friendly hosts.

Beautifully decorated, comfortable bed, clean and in a nice neighborhood. Easy check in and check out. Responsive host. I would stay here again!

Everything was as described and more! With a wonderful location close to town, good privacy, and so much space inside with many commodities we wouldn’t even think of. Even our dog had a fun filled week with us. We hope to visit again, it’s just the perfect home away from home. Couldn’t recommend a better place to stay.

Amazing place, host was super kind and accommodated my family’s last minute booking since we were cancelled on twice that week! We are super happy we found this adorable beautiful place that ended up being better than the other places would have been anyway!

This home is beautifully designed and located high above the water, affording a spectacular view of the ocean. It is spacious and well appointed for entertaining. We had a lovely time with our adult children who appreciated the sunny deck and fire pit. We absolutely plan to return again in the future.

Angela’s place was wonderful! Very cozy, clean and comfortable, well stocked, close to downtown Portland. Snacks was a nice touch! Angela was very responsive. Hope to come back soon!

We adored this Air BnB--it was in the perfect location, had absolutely everything you could have dreamed of needing, was super comfy and cozy and even decorated for the holidays during our visit in late December--I can't say enough good things about it! My kids loved the numerous games and puzzles available, and we loved the incredibly well-stocked kitchen :) We will for sure try to stay here again when we return to Portland!

Can’t recommend this AirBnB more if you’re staying in Portland! Jennifer was a responsive, helpful host & the home is lovely with a lot of small details really thought through. The location is perfect - walkable to so many great restaurants, cafes, breweries, & the Eastern Promenade. This was our first trip with our 3 month daughter and Jennifer had the pack & play set up for us (which worked out perfectly), allowed us to check in a little early so we could feed her after a long trip, & had the perfect space for her (including blackout curtains)! Overall one of the best AirBnB’s I’ve stayed in!

Excellent spot for a bigger group to go. The whole house is very nice. The screened in porch was our favorite part of the house. If my group decides to go back up to the area we would love to stay here again.

Would highly recommend this place if you’re in the Conway area or would like to explore all that this area has to offer. Very easy to get to and it’s in a perfect location with great views.

Joia's place is incredible! We are a family of five and had more than enough room. Everything we needed was in the home, even things like fans, extra blankets, and night lights for the kids. She has thought of everything and the place is clean, well organized, and located on a quiet mountain side. We were there to ski, but the condo is close to lots of great things to do and has plenty of good restaurants very close by. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing apartment at a great location! Lots of character and the newly renovated kitchen was a plus. Very quiet neighborhood that allowed us to relax. It was our first time renting an Airbnb. I have no complaints. On the contrary, everything was perfect. We loved the apartment, the view of the mountains, and the owner treated me super friendly. My family and I had a great time.

There was so much to do! The condo was so clean, and had everything we need. Lorraine left us a little welcome package, which was so incredibly thoughtful. The location was perfect. Staying with kids- it was perfect for storyland, the aquarium and santas village. I am already checking dates for next years trip! Thank you Lorraine and Kevin for a fantastic time!
