Given its southern exposure, on the most beautiful days you can also see Mount Etna. The property consists of two bedrooms, a kitchen and two bathrooms, and the entire exterior, including the yard. From the house, you can access the beach with a 1km path.

From here you can access the terrace overlooking the sea, which is also equipped with a kitchen, dining table, deckchairs, and sofas on which you can relax and enjoy the wonderful view: the sea, the beach, and the Tindari promontory.
